Rooms could use a bit more cleaning on doors and cabinetry, front desk & hall rugs needed vacuuming. Staff is friendly, breakfast buffet, on-site laundry, outdoor pool and fire pits are nice features. Close to shopping and eateries. Hotel offers a shuttle to near by casino.

The Sandman Santa Rosa Sonoma, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Clean rooms. Great showers. Paper thin walls. No pool towels. No ice anywhere on property. Breakfast was decent. Beds were like sleeping on a slab of stone.

Room was large and bed as okay, however the room never cooled down even though we set the thermostat at 65 degrees with the fan constantly blowing.
