The property manager texted me multiple times the day before my stay demanding that I pay an additional fee for Lenin service (sheets and towels). This was the first time something like that ever happened. I would expect linen to always be included in the total bill. The demand for the additional fee happened well after the reservation had been made and paid for in advance with a credit card. My understanding through Vrbo was that the bill included all fees and that there would be no hidden fees. At this point I was already well into my trip and it would have been extremely difficult to cancel and make reservations at another property. When I checked into my room, it was clean but run down . The picture shown on Vrbo was clearly not representative of the current state and it felt misleading. At the end of my stay, the property manager instructed me to pay the additional fee in cash and leave it on the kitchen table. I had excellent experiences with Vrbo previously but this was very disappointing.. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Die Appartementanlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, einfacher Standart, aber alles sauber und wie beschrieben, sehr ruhig gelegen, jeder hat seinen eigenen Autoparkplatz. Schone Aussicht von der Terrasse. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit dem Gastgeber.

Appartement bien placé et propre. Cependant il manque quelques équipements, (4 petites cuillères minuscules, couteaux qui ne coupent pas vraiment , pinces à linge, bols)Piscine très belle, et résidence calme. Christian a été très réactif ! Merci.

Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig und sehr einfach. Der Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Ausblick aufs entfernte Meer von der Terrasse aus war super…. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.

Situado lejos del municipio, pero muy tranquilo para desconectar y cerca de todo con el coche. Zona preciosa para explorar y visitar playas. Santa Teresa de Galleta a 15 minutos en coche y muy bonito municipio. Buena opción para ir a Palau a coger el Ferrys para visitar la isla de la Maddalena.

Buono per un breve soggiorno

Posizione comoda per visitare Santa teresa e Palau. Si arriva velocemente anche alle vicine spiagge di Porto Liscia, Porto Pollo, la Marmorata, ecc... L'appartamento è essenziale e basico, se aggiungessero qualche accessorio sarebbe sicuramente più accogliente. Zona molto tranquilla
