Perfect stay!!

Santa Teresa is a very beautiful town with one of the most stunning beaches in Sardegna. The beach is perfect for snorkeling and very accessible also for smaller kids. The house is exactly as described and perfectly located for both beach visits and town shopping and eating. Communication with the owner was very friendly and very accommodating. We hope that we can come back to this beautiful house and town.

Es war toll

Wir sind mit unseren großen Töchtern da gewesen und fanden die Unterkunft super! Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Antonio hat alles getan, damit wir es dort gut haben. Das kleine Ferienhaus ist einfach ausgestattet, aber mit allem was man benötigt. Es sind höchstens zwei Minuten zu einer wunderschönen Bucht und die kleine Stadt ist genauso nah. Man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Abends essen gehen, einkaufen etc. Vielen Dank Antonio für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Beste Wahl....

...für einen abwechslungsreichen Aufenthalt im September. Nach der Hochsaison sehr ruhig und extrem günstig gelegen, kein Straßenlärm und (zu dieser Zeit) auch keine Nachbarn. Vorteile: - sehr netter Vermieter, reagiert sofort bei Bedarf - wenige Schritte zum Strand, 3 Min. Fußweg ins Zentrum - eigener Parkplatz - viel Platz (bei 2er Belegung) - Terrasse im Schatten und Garten in der Sonne - Waschmaschine - teils überraschend gute Ausstattung (z.B. Salatschleuder, Strandzubehör u.ä.) - zu dieser Jahreszeit netter kleiner Ort mit etwas Leben und guter Tauchbasis (Orca). An einige Kleinigkeiten, die zunächst überraschen (z.B. recht enge Duschkabinen, fragile Stromversorgung) gewöhnt man sich schnell, und kann sie unter lokalen Besonderheiten ablegen. Wir kommen bei Geleenheit gern wieder.

Beautiful Sardinia

We had the most wonderful stay in this lovely villa overlooking the beautiful bay. There are the most fantastic views and wonderful rugged coastal walks right on the doorstep. The town has some great restaurants and the locals were always welcoming. Antonio was a fantastic host and always on hand for any queries or problems. Would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back in the future

Abgelebte und einfache Wohnung in bester Lage zum Strand

Die hervorragende Lage konnte uns leider nicht über diese mehr als einfache Fewo hinweg trösten. Sie ist sehr dunkel, was wir im April als nachteilig empfanden. Zudem war es kalt, ohne integriertes Heizsystem mit lediglich einem kleinen Heizlüfter haben wir gefroren. Auch das Entgegenkommen des Vermieters, einen zweiten bereit zu stellen, hat nicht geholfen. Sobald mehr als 2 Geräte im Haus laufen, springt die Sicherung raus und man sitzt im dunkeln. Handtücher waren leider nicht mit etwas zu vergleichen was wir kennen, dünne Laken traf es eher. Fazit: mit einer kleinen Investition könnte man dem in die Jahre gekommenen Ferienhaus etwas Charme verpassen. Wir sind jedenfalls vorzeitig abgereist. Schade!

Schönes Häuschen in toller Lage. Wir hatten erringen tollen Aufenthalt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal wieder renoviert werden.

Leuk huis op een prachtige locatie.

Het uitzicht van uit de voortuin op de baai is uniek. Honderd treden af en je staat op het strand. Voor het huis is een veranda en achter nog een klein zonrijk binnenplaatsje. Vooral in voor en najaar prettig. Het huis is super schoon, compleet ingericht en heeft goede bedden. De huiseigenaar, Antonio Cocco, is heel behulpzaam en spreekt Engels. Santa Teresa is een vriendelijk stadje, leuke restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Alles op loopafstand. In de omgeving kun je de prachtigste wandelingen maken vooral die op Capo Testo is spectaculair. Een bezoek aan het Nuraghencomplex Lu Brandali absoluut de moeite waard. En wat opvalt, de Sardijnen zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Kortom, wij hebben het best naar ons zin gehad in Villetta Nanny. Willem, Magda, Juria en Sabine

herrliche Lage mit Blick auf die Bucht Rena Bianca, in einer Minute ist man am Strand. Netter Vermieter, sinnvoll eingerichtetes Reihenhaus mit zwei Etagen und zwei WC/Duschräumen,. Oben zwei Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt fünf Betten, unten Küche und Wohnraum mit TV, allerdings ohne deutsche Sender. Terasse im Schatten, Sitzplatz hinterm Haus in der Sonne.

Alles bestens

Wir haben die 10 Tage in dem Häuschen genossen. Sehr netter Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist etwas älter, aber alles funktioniert soweit. Preis Leistung waren für uns vollkommen ok. Würden es wieder buchen. Mietwagen erforderlich, es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt am Häuschen. Supermärkte gibt es direkt mehrere auf der Hauptstr, mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt. Essen gehen, Kaffee trinken und Eis essen erreicht man fußläufig in ein paar Minuten. Man hat einen tollen Meerblick aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster, hört Abends das Meer rauschen. Auch von der Terrasse sieht man noch das Meer. Blick auf Korsika. Zum Strand geht es ca 30 Stufen runter und man steht direkt drauf, absolut top.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus, sehr nah am Strand. Zentrum zu Fuss erreichbar. Vermitter nett, schnell telefonisch erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Aufenthalt , kommen wir bestimmt wieder. Empfehlenwert.

Wir haben schöne 9 Tage in der Wohnung im April verbracht. Durch kleinen Kälteeinbruch nachts jedoch gefrorenen. Die Häuser und Ausstattung sind halt eher für heise Tage gedacht. Sonst alles sehr gut.

Super Haus in traumhafter Lage

Das Reihenhaus ist perfekt. So wie man es sich nach dem Inserat vorstellt. Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock mit traumhaften Blick auf den Strand, das Meer und Korsika. Dazu 2 kleine Bäder. Eins mit Bidet, eins mit Waschmaschine. Eine Veranda mit Meerblick vorne, ein kleiner Garten hinten für die Mülltonnen und die Wäscheleine. Wirklich nur ein paar Stufen zum Strand Rena Bianca, der sehr schön ist, aber auch leider sehr voll. Voller im September als z.b Costa rei im August. Sehr nah am Zentrum der Stadt. Sehr viele Restaurants und Läden fussläufig. Ruhige Lage und dennoch sehr zentral. Besser geht es nicht. Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren. Sehr nette Betreuung durch den Vermieter.
