- "Villa Margherita" is an independent property that can accommodate groups of up to 14 people.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful enclosed garden with large green areas and equipped with parking for your cars.
The rectangular swimming pool can be used exclusively by guests from April to October and is fully equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, tables, umbrellas and solar shower. In the vicinity of the pool under a beautiful mulberry tree guests can enjoy a barbecue.
Next to the pool a pond with waterfall and carp koi.
The villa is internally divided into two floors in which are located 5 bedrooms with bathroom, equipped with all comforts. The living room and kitchen are on the same floor and fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, hob, various appliances, dishes, television 65 inches)
The house is surrounded by large terraces, equipped with tables for lunches and dinners, from which you can admire the sunsets on the Strait of Messina.
Guests will have at their disposal: washing machine, high chairs for children and wifi.
All services are included ( water ,electricity, gas ,linen change, cleaning)
Pets are allowed free of charge.
