"We had a very enjoyable week at this small hotel. Continental breakfast was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you, from the reception to the cleaner. It is a five minute walk to the wonderful Sardinero Beach, and buses run frequently to the city centre."

"Apartment exactly as pictured. No one on reception on arrival or at all during our stay, contact available by phone. We arrived early, rooms still being cleaned but advised to return after 3pm.Only information at property was a taxi number. No info regarding the area, maps, how to get to areas of interest. Kitchen facilities but Coffee machine would be useful as for 1 night stay people dont tend to purchase coffee & milk. Have use of private fridge & extra charge to use launndry facilities but...

"We were refused the entry to the hotel. We reached hotel at 11pm. Rang the door bell nobody answer it. Rang the number on the booking. The guy at the either end of the phone was rude, un copertive, not helpful and also he put the phone down on me. I several time and the guy took the phone of the hook so I could not get in touch. The only thing he kept saying is ‘do not speak English’. I even found a translator from street but the guy would not answer my calls. I think guy need to taught how to...

"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. "Desde el primer momento que hice la reserva Alejandro ya estaba en contacto conmigo. La ubicación del sitio es ideal, tienes la autovía a menos de 1 km y había un montón de aparcamiento. Tienes un montón de supermercados cerca como Mercadona o Lidl, además de gasolinera a menos de 50 metros. En cuanto llegamos Alejandro nos recomendó un montón de sitios para comer y visitar y estaba a nuestra disposición sobre cualquier cosa que necesitásemos.
