Eine spezielle Villa auf traumhaftem Grundstück
Wir haben insgesamt eine schöne Zeit in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist auf einem traumhaften und sehr großen Grundstück mit Blick auf San Marino gelegen. Die Übergabe des Hauses erfolgte durch den sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Besitzer und dessen Frau (die uns auch einen köstlichen Kuchen gebacken hat). Das Haus selbst ist riesig und gleicht einem Museum mit vielen persönlichen Dingen (wertvolle Antiquitäten, Bildern, etc.). Es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte (Küchengeräte, Geschirr, TV, WLAN etc.). Die Villa recht alt und in vielen Bereichen in die Jahre gekommen - vieles könnte/müsste renoviert werden (Terrasse, Bäder etc.). Wer über diese Dinge etwas großzügig hinwegsehen kann, bewohnt ein tolles, großzügiges Haus. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe (600 m) eines guten Restaurants, das wir oft besucht haben und dem zauberhaften Örtchen Santarcangelo. Die Lage des Objektes ist toll und ist ein guter Ausgangsort für viele Besichtigungen (Ravenna (+), San Marino (-), San Leo (+), Verrucchio (+), Cesenatico (+) etc.
