Clean room. Shower has good water pressure. Comfy bed. AC. Clear room with big windows. Not noisy. Toiletries available. Nice breakfast. Close to the Cathedral and the old town, walkable distance.

Porto is beautiful. Initially had trouble finding the address on the street is the street numbers do not reflect par with the other side of the street. Nice accommodations. Had a great time.

Sorry but we were disappointed!

Sorry to write negative things especially after the reception ladies were so good. The hotel was misleadingly advertised. We booked to be stay in this hotel with a Park View and with a balcony to sit and view the park. This is not true. There is a balcony but it was less than half a meter in depth so you could not stand or sit on it. You would not have wanted to either as it was right on a narrow, busy road with a view of a tall untidy hedge and no park. The park is at least 200 meters away up the hill and cannot be seen from the hotel. The air con was not working properly and you could not open the window as it was too noisy from the traffic. The dining room was tiny, no windows to enjoy what could be a view across to the magnificent cathedral. Very disappointing to finsh our Camino del Norte pilgrimage in what we thought was going to be a lovely hotel. The reception team did their best to make our stay better.

Room was very comfortable and spacious with old but nice furniture. Good breakfast at 7 euros. Location was excellent. The only negative was there was no kettle in the room. I could not make tea in the evening. Overall I would choose this hotel again.

Absolutely excellent service by the reception staff. Nice rooms at the top floor with views looking over the old city, clean, only an average breakfast buffé, nice park nearby, walking distance to everything in the central area.

Fantstik service på Pombal.

Vi havde et tre dags ophold på på det chamerende hotel i oktober. Lige fra indtjekningen til afrejsen mødte vi en stor venlighed og hjælpsomhed. Hotellet ligger perfekt til besøg i cateralen og midelalder byen.

Great hotel 5-10 minutes from the cathedral.

The staff at the hotel are quite friendly and helpful. Their English and my Spanishs were limited but we understood each other very well. The room was clean, spacious and had a very peaceful view of the cathedral. Bathroom had a tub and was clean. Breakfast was typical and plentiful. They even had fresh fruit - honey dew melon and watermelon.

Quaint, charming and satisfying

I had an amazing 3 night stay in Old Town Santiago de Compostela. I ventured out of the town as well, but felt very comfortable in the old part of town given that I am a single woman traveling on my own. I felt very safe in the this part of town and the hotel had the perfect accommodations for my short visit. The hotel is quaint and charming. The breakfast is very hearty and satisfying given the small fee. I was highly satisfied.

Las vistas a la Catedral son impresionantes.

Muy buen hotel. El personal muy agradable, te ayuda con cualquier consulta. El buffet completo. No tiene parking propio pero tiene concierto de precios con 2 cercanos. A destacar las vistas impresionantes a la Catedral, bella a todas horas y su cercanía está a 4 minutos de la Plaza del Obradoiro, por una calle que desciende bruscamente y luego se eleva hasta llegar a la Catedral. Toda la experiencia extraordinaria, en gran parte debido al hotel con una ubicación excelente.

A great end to our Camino!

The hotel was clean, quite and a short walk to the plaza before the Santiago Cathedral, the center of town and culture. No restaurants too close so no loud sounds at night/early morning.

Friendly helpful English speaking staff. Comfortable stay after 250 km walking Camino Portuguese. Location very convenient. 5 min walk from main cathedral. Breakfast very decent. Beautiful view of Cathedral from our room

Nice place to stay

Great hotel but a little bit old. We had a comfy and specious room. The staffs were very nice and friendly too. It is a little bit far from parking spot.

Comfortable stay with a sting in the tail

I was pleased with my stay in this small well-located hotel. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good. The wifi was ok. However, I forgot my Raybans and the hotel has refused to post them to me. They are insisting on using a courier service which I will be responsible to pay for. I would be happy to recommend this hotel if you are certain that you won't forget anything! Otherwise....
