Room and hotel overall was very clean. Amenities were great, including breakfast in the morning. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, even extending our stay in our already assigned room when weather ruined our plans to leave Madrid. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants, subway stops, etc.

Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every morning, but we found a really nice cafe down the block that was great too.

The owners were exceptionally polite. The beds were so very comfortable. The bar and restaurant were terrific. We felt very welcome. There was a little language barrier but using translator with them worked perfectly. We wanted to see the real parts of Spain, this was the adventure we wanted. I recommend ...
