The Space

This cozy and comfortable one-bedroom apartment is perfect for a relaxing stay under the Tenerife sun.

The apartment features a spacious bathroom, a bright living room with a sofa bed, and a lovely terrace equipped with a dining table, sun loungers, and a comfortable outdoor sofa — the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

For your comfort, the apartment offers fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you may need during your stay, including a coffee machine, oven, toaster, blender, and citrus juicer. A washing machine and hairdryer are also provided.

Everything has been thoughtfully prepared to ensure your stay is comfortable, convenient, and relaxing.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment.

At the rear of the property, there is a separate entrance leading to the laundry area, where you will find a washing machine available exclusively for guest use.

Parking and Public Transport

Free parking is available directly on the street next to the apartment and throughout the surrounding area of Los Gigantes.

There are no parking meters or paid parking zones. Please avoid parking on yellow continuous lines, as these indicate no-parking areas and may result in a fine.

The apartment is also conveniently located near a TITSA bus stop, providing easy connections to many parts of the island.
