Great location

It was really bad experience with the wifi connection, for me it very necessary the internet cuz I had to work over there, but it was impossible to do. I can recommend the place. It so many other similar places in Santiago center with much better service.

La ubicación muy buena. La conexión a interner lo peor de todo. Casi no teníamos conexión. El módem estaba en otro departamento y otro piso. La señal malisima. Los utensillos de cocina muy pocos ( 1 solo cuchillo) No volvería.

En general bien, sólo que llegamos y pedimos que nos solucionen el problema que tenían los dos televisores del comedor y dormitorio que no se podían ver por falta de controles remotos y señal . En cuanto a lo demás todo bien.

Hotel muito bem localizado, confortável e com cozinha toda equipada. Minha única ressalva é pelo quarto não possuir ar condicionado nem ventilador de teto, apenas ventilador de chão.

Zentrale und sehr gute Lage, leider nicht sauber!

Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral. Die Hauptmankos sind: Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig, ebenso die Handtücher, sie schon sehr alt, aber zumindest sauber waren. Mit ein paar wenigen Dingen wäre es eine perfekte und günstige Unterkunft: Fenster putzen, lose Teppiche entfernen (die wirken immer schmutzig und haben in einem Miet-Apartment nichts verloren), ebenso die Textil-Vorhänge. Eine neue Klo-Brille wäre eine kleine Investition mit großer Wirkung! Das W-Lan ist extrem langsam.

O Hotel é muito bom e o local é excelente com tudo do que se precisa para uma estadia confortável. Bares, mercados, metrô pertíssimo e casas de câmbio. Eles trocam as toalhas todos os dias e limpam o quarto. Tudo no quarto funciona. A ÚNICA COISA QUE ME ABORRECEU MUITO FOI QUE ELES NÃO CUMPREM O INFORMADO NO SITE QUE É FORNECER TRANSPORTE DO/PARA O AEROPORTO. SE NÃO PODEM CUMPRIR, RETIREM A INFORMAÇÃO DO SITE, MAS NÃO DIGAM UMA COISA QUE NÃO ACONTECE.

Péssimo atendimento!

Apesar do Apart Hotel contar com uma boa estrutura, o atendimento foi no mínimo péssimo! Cheguei 12hs para fazer o check in, mas uma atendente me informou que só poderia fazer a partir das 14hs. Pedi para deixar a mala na recepção, ela concedeu e nada mais disse (absolutamente nada). Retornei depois das 22hs, pensando fazer o check in como em qualquer outro lugar. Porém a recepção estava trancada e não havia ninguém. Desci e pedi ajuda para o porteiro do prédio e pedi informações, ele se limitou dizer que nada sabia e nao poderia fazer nada. Pois bem, estava eu 22hs literalmente na rua e sem minha mala. Liguei para o atendimento do Chile Apart -que por sorte eu estava com um chip local, pq nem me ajudar com uma ligacao o porteiro poderia ajudar. Depois de insistir na ligação para o atendimento, me informaram que a minha chave estava em outra recepção (outro bloco daquele prédio). Porém, minha mala estava retida na recepcao que estva trancada. Novamente tive que ligar para exigir a mala. Depois de tanto aborrecimento, falta de organização e despreparo nao voltaria me hospedar nesse Apart Hotel, tampouco indico. No mais, o serviço de limpeza é precário. Eles se limitam apenas trocar a toalha. A parte boa é a localização: há um supermercado logo ao lado, e fica perto de ponto turísticos

The apartment was ok, the facilities were minimal, i.e. 2 glasses, 2 plates etc but unfortunately the street was VERY noisy even with the doors closed. The aircon only worked in the lounge which made the bedroom quite hot during the night.

O hotel está localizado em local privilegiado, perto de casas de câmbio, junto ao supermercado, vc comprar produtos para refeições (vinhos ótimos preços, tudo o que precisar para refeições) fiquei hospedado no oitavo andar Vista maravilhosa da cordilheira, vários restaurantes e barzinhos bem perto. Quando pagarem não deixem de pegar o recibo na hora.Tivemos um pequeno stress pois quiseram cobrar estadia novamente no segundo dia.

Perfect location for a Great Stay

Ten day stay in Santiago, before heading south. First thing is that the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are laid out well. There is even a fairly large well stocked grocery store located on the street level of the building. Being in the heart of El Centro district, everything from nice restaurants to government offices and unique shopping are close by. Street musicians roam the street. I always felt save, just watch where you lay down your bag (as in any big city in the world). I will be going back there on my next visit to Santiago.

Todo bien, buena ubicación y buen precio. Limpieza ok pero sepan que son habitaciones tipo apart y los servicios son cada 3 días. Igualmente es muy bueno en general

Hubo problemas al inicio porque no estaba lista la habitación en el check in y nos dieron una que funcionaba mal el aire acondicionado y se cortaba la luz. A las dos horas solucionaron el problema después de exigirlo seriamente ya que argumentaban no tener servicio para limpiar una antes de las 18 horas

Incomodo y falta de respeto.

Estancia incomoda. cama en mal estado y ducha mala. control de tv malo. Ojo llegan a las 9:30 am tocando el timbre insistentemente y tratando de abrir con clave la puerta . por suerte deje seguro puesto... Sino entran de golpe ... Lo peor al abrir la puerta no saludaron solo te dicen : a que hora te vas ? ...plooop ..

Un refugio en las alturas.

Fue una experiencia muy buena. Mi viaje fue con un adulto mayor con dificultades motrices. El edificio tiene rampa de acceso y servicio de ascesores rápido y eficiente. El personal muy eficiente y colaborador. Para mi próximo viaje seguro será mi primer opción.
