Small one bedroom apartment full of roaches

My experience was terrible apartment full of roaches,they fumigate w/quemical so strong that the first night I had to sleep somewere else and the smell persisted the rest of the time of my stay I lost most of the food from fridge do to roaches. After fumigation I found roaches between my clothe Management answer :was roach problem is all over the area and we are not responsible

Boa relação custo benefício para Santiago.

Tivemos dificuldade em achar o apartamento pelo GPS. O Google Maps fornece a localização 2 quadras acima! Chegamos de carro de madrugada e apesar da preocupação se conseguiríamos entrar, tudo ocorreu certo. O porteiro abriu o portão do estacionamento e através de senha digital da fechadura fornecida pelo proprietário tivemos acesso ao apartamento. Pontos Prós: 1) fechadura eletrônica; 2) wifi; 3) estacionamento coberto; 4) elevador; 5) fornece toalhas e travesseiros; 6) boa localização em Santiago; 7) sala de jantar/estar para colocar as malas. Pontos Contras: 1) Tivemos problemas com água quente do chuveiro. Somente 1 conseguia tomar banho na agua quente por 2 noites; 2) Cozinha pequena com talheres antigos e sujos; 3) edredon manchado; 4) vaga estacionamento apertada.

Tivemos um pequeno problema quando chegamos pois o apto estava sem internet, e isso nos gerou alguns transtornos, visto que chegamos muito tarte e tínhamos passeio no dia seguinte bem cedo e precisávamos de comunicação com o agente de viagem. Precisamos pedir o celular do porteiro emprestado para comunicação com a agência, o que foi desconfortável. No mais, o apto é ótimo, muito bem localizado, com uma boa estrutura, e o problema comna internet foi resolvido com rapidez no dia seguinte. A dona do apto, senhora Lúcia, foi mto solícita e atenciosa. No geral, tudo ótimo

Opção econômica e maravilhosa

Muito boa estadia. A limpeza, organização e estado de conservação do apart eram excelentes. rápido check in, pagamento sem dificuldades, apoio da proprietária Sra. Lucia na resolução de pequenos inconvenientes da vizinhança (som alto em uma noite, devido ser um prédio residencial, passível desse tipo de intercorrência). A localização era ótima, bairro lindo, muito tranquilo e seguro, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade (uma ou duas estações de metrô de distância da maioria dos pontos turísticos). Livretos/catálogos com sugestões de atividades turísticas deixados no apart pela proprietária. Internet de boa qualidade.

Great location, a bit old

The flat was fine but a bit old and derelict. Could have done with w bit of refurb to the bathroom. That's why it didn't look so clean. Great location and the concierge service is fantastic. Quiet location but within walking distance of metro and downtown. I would recommend it

el departamento tenia la cocina muy reducida, entraba mucha luz en el dormitorio y en el comedor no llegaba el aire acondicionado ya que esta en el dormitorio, entraron en el departamento 2 veces cuando no estábamos nos cobraron mas de lo acordado con hoteles.com diciendo que era por el iva sabiendo que eramos extranjeros, supuesta mente me hicieron el reintegro de una parte solamente, y mandaron una copia del ticket por mail, nunca me dieron el original
