The staff was friendly and helpful. My room had a leak in the bathroom sink and they fixed it within hours after I called. Also, the place has everything except a sharp knife. The kitchen is fully stocked, towels are supplied for both kitchen and bath, there were pots, pans, baking stuff. the apartment even had a vacuum cleaner! The balcony was the best. I stayed 10 days and the staff cleaned and replaced sheets and all after the first week. It was great!

We had difficulty to check in. We never received an email with instructions to check in and the doorman did not know about the reservation. It took us 30 minutes (and some stress) for the doorman to find an envelope with my name on it with the keys inside. The trash from the previous guest wasn’t removed and some of the towels were stained.

Bueno , pero debe mejorar para ser aceptable.

La ubicación del departamento muy buena, falta una mejor coordinación con los conserjes, llegamos a las 4 de la madrugada y no sabían nada, a esa hora tuvimos que molestar a mi contacto.- Otro punto que lo hice saber es la limpieza de la ropa de cama, las sábanas estaban manchadas lo que no da el mejor impresion.
