"The major + of the hotel is that it is very conveniently and centrally located in Lisbon. The staff was super nice and helpful. The standard room we were staying in was VERY small. With our large suitcase and two carry-ons, we basically had no walking room left! The bathroom was very small as well but recently renovated and very clean.
The elevator is extremely slow. It didn't bother us as we just used the stairs, but if you need the elevator, just be aware it will take a while...
Although the hotel is located in the middle of lively Lisbon, we were not bothered by the street noise and slept very well (the bed was very comfortable). We didn't take advantage of the breakfast buffet ($12 per person) as we had early excursions each day.
There is also an amazing restaurant attached to the hotel called "Bastardo". Definitely take advantage of the discount offered by the hotel and have dinner there. It was delicious!!
Overall, we had a good stay but we would strongly recommend upgrading to a superior room to have more space."
"Hotel is overall good, clean, comfortable and spacious.
Breakfast was also good with many options, the eggs were a bit dry but that is probably a preference option."
