Worst, unfriendly and rude staff I ever encountered and I’ve been in over 50 cities around the world. The guest bathroom was the most dirty, the street bath will be cleaner. Made wait until 3pm to get the room and arrived at 7:30 am. When I received the room the safesty security box did not work, requested to be changed because security is one the main concerns for us. Made me pay a city tax when explained the staff that my wife and I live in Canada over 20 years, I also explained them that before at other hotels they waived it, I guess the inexperience of their staff and not custumer service oriented made them behave like that. Regarless that, the hotel isn't 4* not even 1*, walking in is like walking into a selfservice hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Very disappointed. Neighbourhood feels unsafe day and night.

We were very impressed, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was very good, great location and nice and quiet at night. Whenever we come back to Santiago we will definitely stay here.

Staff is very helpful especially Cristina at the front desk. She gave us direction and even lend us her subway card to use . She didn’t even want us to pay her back . Very nice ! Thank you

Where to Stay in Santiago
This is one of the best hotel stays I have experienced in recent years. The front desk staff were very informative and polite. The buffet breakfast had everything I needed to start each day with energy. The room was spacious and the shower had good pressure. The neighbourhood is very walkable and close to the metro to go anywhere you wish. Some excellent restaurants nearby. Hotel gym was clean and equipment is fairly new. Good wifi. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will stay here next time I return to Santiago.

Ok
Check in was quick. Room was ok and not noisy at all. Bed was great. The negative was the shower. Each time it would make the floor of the bathroom wet. Also cleaning of the back part of the sink was precarios. Check out was slow. They have a “quick check out” but you can’t use it so having 4 people before you and only 1 person attending made it slow. There was another person but she was doing something else.

Very good hotel
Very good location and good comfortable rooms. Good Wi-Fi , good beds , good hot shower. The only downside , 1 charging port in the whole room. Excellent location

The rooms were clean and a good size. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptional. Only thing is they were unable to do cash currency exchanges.

This property is a good option if you care about a decent price with good location. However and unfortunately, there's better options for the same price in around the same locations. The hotel has many debts in terms of food, amenities and service. For example, they only offer you a kettle and some powder coffee. Other hotels for the same price around the area offer you a Nespresso machine or similar. If you don't care about these amenities, and value location, then most definitely Novotel can be a good option.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and helpful! From the welcome from the security guards, Oriana in housekeeping to Valentina and the team in the restaurant. They are all about service. ❤️

Modern hotel in good neighbourhood of Santiago
Nice modern hotel with pool/ sauna. Room was a good size and clean. The hotel is close to Los Leones metro. Some nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. It felt a safe area (even in the evening). Staff friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

I was looking for a hotel in Santiago with spa services and am glad I decided on this one. It was very easy to book use of the sauna, and the pool was open with warm water as well. The location is excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful! There is also lots of space to hang out and work with a laptop if you need to kill time while waiting for a flight. I would stay here again!

The staff was very professional and extremely helpful. We had issues with luggage with the airline. They called and arranged everything. The area around hotel is good and we felt safe walking at night. The breakfast at the hotel was very fresh and good. Very clean and quiet. The staff knew English very well.

Hotel was clean and modern. Easy walking distance to the Costanera centre. Breakfast had a great selection of traditional Chilean foods and more common breakfast foods included hot and cold options.

Well located hotel with excellent service.
This hotel was an excellent choice for an 8-night stay in Santiago. The location was perfect close to lots of restaurants shops and the subway. Really good breakfast. I would stay here again.

Good location and metro is within walking distance (6mins). Hotel has a decent breakfast with plenty ofselections. The bed is firm and comfortable. The shower is hot and powerful.

Super clean hotel, great location.
Could not fault the cleanliness of this hotel, rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels and bedding on demand. The front of house staff are extremely friendly and helped when asked. The bar/cafe is reasonably priced and service is good. The location is ten minutes walk from major attraction and mall - Costanera Centre. Hotel is generally excellent and I booked my second trip here.

Nice location and good breakfast. Very small rooms, uncomfortable beds, we booked for 2 adults and a 3 yr old for a king bed and sofa bed and no pillows or blankets were provided. Same for the extra towels. We had to request for extra towels every single day. Additional to this, there is a travel agency on their premises, (not from the hotel though) and they sold us a $330 usd trip to Embalse del Yeso, a place which is closed due to high risk of rocks falling into the small road, we didn't noticed until we realize the danger we put our family in. No advice of this danger was mentioned when the offered the private tour. (Which consisted of a taxi driver rather than a tour guide.) He was a good guy but not the professional guide you would expect. Definitely not a 9/10 as shown in Expedia.

It was a very comfortable property. Close to good shopping and great restaurants. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The staff is pretty accommodating and helpful. Normally, I stay with family when I am in Santiago, Chile; but, the next time, I am looking to stay at the Novotel Providencia.

La ubicación es fantástica, las habitaciones son espaciosas y bonitas, el staff es muy amable. Lo único que debe mejorar es el desayuno ya que todos los días sirven lo mismo y cuando te hospedas por más de dos dias, te aburres. Habilitar el mini bar en las habitaciones también ayudaría.

Good location
The hotel is very well located, many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was not very good, every day they had the same options and not very testy

This was our first trip to Santiago, so we didn't know what to expect. This hotel is in Providencia, an upscale neighborhood. The reception was welcoming. We were on the top floor, with a magnificent view of the city. We had the option of a room on the other side, with a view of the Andes. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. There were enough outlets to charge our devices. WiFi was free. There is a breakfast available, but seemed pricey at about $22 for two. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood. The hotel is a 10-minute walk of Costenga Center, the largest mall in Latin America. The 5th floor there has many eateries too. If we ever go to Santiago again, we will stay there.

The reception staff were excellent, Ignacio checked us in without our luggage and was very empathetic to our plight, but Vania went above and beyond to assist us. We were three days with no bags but she was on the phone checking for us, helping with the Spanish translation, very kind woman. Accor should be glad they have her.
