This was our first trip to Santiago, so we didn't know what to expect. This hotel is in Providencia, an upscale neighborhood.
The reception was welcoming. We were on the top floor, with a magnificent view of the city. We had the option of a room on the other side, with a view of the Andes.
The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. There were enough outlets to charge our devices. WiFi was free.
There is a breakfast available, but seemed pricey at about $22 for two.
There are many restaurants in the neighborhood. The hotel is a 10-minute walk of Costenga Center, the largest mall in Latin America. The 5th floor there has many eateries too.
If we ever go to Santiago again, we will stay there.
