My stay at One Nk Apartments was excellent. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, with everything I needed for my visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out were very easy. The location in Las Condes felt safe and is close to shops, restaurants and a mall, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

Cosy stay in beautiful Las Condes

Cosy and clean apartments in the beautiful Las Condes area. Very safe area to walk around with lots of lovely restaurants close by and Open Kennedy shopping mall. Close to metro too. Staff were super friendly and helpful too, thank you. Loved our stay :)

We stayed for 9 nights. The property was clean, service desk was very helpful. Area was safe and we walked to a 24 hour diner that served completos, burgers and churrascos. The market downstairs was very convenient as well as the breakfast place across the street (only open M-F). The only issue I had was that the shower had pink residue in the grout where some scrubbing would easily remove it. Otherwise, everything else was clean and the building was quiet. We were out of the city for a night and my husband thought he lost his bag. I asked the front desk if they can take a peek in our room to see if the bag was there. They did and even took a photo of it and emailed it to me. It made the difference and we were able to relax during our trip to the coast knowing his bag was safe in the room. We would return.

The apartment hotel was very clean and nicely renovated. It had a balcony with a great city view. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. There was also a 24 hour concierge which was very helpful as well as housekeeping daily. The metro station was only a couple of blocks away and there were convenient stores all around to get water or other supplies. The area was also very safe to walk in. All in all, it was a great place and I would highly recommend it!

Great area to stay. The floor in the apartment was not that clean so after walking for a while bear footed, we notice that it wasn’t that clean. Everything else was excellent.

Great stay, all according to the details provided by expedia. If I had to complain about something it would be street noise. Hotel is located in a main street, i.e. public tranportation runs all night and that noise is inevitable. Other than that, all was just perfect.

Front desk and service personnel are excellent. Location is ideal with respect to metro access and restaurant options. However, there is some noise from the traffic even on the top floors as the apartment is on a very busy road; massive construction next door doesn’t help either.
