Hotel only speaks spanish.

The stay was ok. The hotel is advertising as “multilingual” but do not speak any other language except spanish. As it was initially advertised as such, i thought we would have no problem but ended up on google translate all the time and can only communication through typing the message

Jag bokade detta boende sent ca 02.00. När jag kom fram kunde receptionen inte ge mig mitt rum p.g.a att rätt person inte var på plats. Därför bör du se till att vara ute i god tid och ringa kontaktnumret innan du bokar. Utöver detta har jag ingenting att gå på i min bedömning av stället.

Hable con la dueña un día antes de llegar al departamento con un bebé y me dijo que nos esperaba, al otro dia cuando llegamos el portero del edificio nos enteramos que no tenian ningún departamento dispinible y encima nisiquiera dieron la cara. Nos dejaron en la calle encima estábamos con un bebé

Desapontada

Logo na chegada o endereço fornecido pelo site hotéis e diferente do qual a proprietária forneceu, a chave não abria a porta do apartamento, daí tentamos contato com a proprietária do imovel, após muito tempo de espera ela enviou uma pessoa para constatar que a porta estava de fato estragada aí mais espera até uma pessoa aparecer para abrir a porta, depois mais espera até o Chaveiro conseguir descobrir o defeito e fazer uma gambiarra para podermos usar a porta até o fim de nossa permanência no imóvel, com isso perdemos quase 5 horas desse dia. A limpeza do local não é das melhores mas serve se a pessoa não for fresca, a roupa de cama parece que só trocam os lençóis brancos, o quarto estava com cheiro horrível de cigarro e no nosso último dia de estadia a porta voltou a dar problema com a soltura de maçaneta. No entanto é um local de excelente localização, próximo de muitos comércios e linha do metrô.

Algo de muito errado!!!

Algo de errado está ocorrendo com esta reserva e a hoteis.com já deveria ter tomado alguma providência. Cheguei na recepção do apart hotel e não havia nenhuma reserva feita em meu nome. Graças ao funcionário Jorge, muito simpático e prestativo, consegui um apartamento com outro proprietário do local, porém por valor mais caro do que o reservado na hoteis.com. Não sou o primeiro a relatar tal problema.

El lugar es muy lindo y confortable, con una pileta en el último piso lo cual es una vista increíble de la ciudad. Muy cerca del subte, bares y el barrio Bellavista y Lastarria. El único inconveniente fue que no figuraba la reserva realizada por esta página y tuve que realizar todo el pago a último momento y a las apuradas. Igualmente la gente del lugar muy amable y a disposición para solucionar el inconveniente.

Deixam muito a desejar no atendimento, ficamos em um prédio diferente do endereço informado na reserva, não passaram instruções de pagamento e no momento do check-in perguntaram se tínhamos feito pagamento via pay-pal, sem terem avisado antes. Não tinha ninguém para recepcionar e fazer check-in e na portaria não sabiam de nada. O terraço onde fica a piscina fecha as 20:00h e no verão escurece 21:30h em Santiago. A localização é boa, em frente o metrô, mas é bastante barulhento.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização. É proxima do metrô, então facilita bastante o transporte em Santiago. Achei um pouco confuso o check in, já que não tem porteiro. Como não tinha internet e nem telefone, foi dificil conseguir falar com a organização do Dpto. De modo geral, o quarto tem boas instalações, mas não tem ventilador ou ar condicionado, fica muito abafado no calor.
