"What an amazing time we had in Orvalhos! The house sits on a hill where it overlooks the Alentejo plaines. In the mornings , the sounds of bells and birds always made me happy. The locals are just as nice! The house was very clean and it had all we needed. We kept it warm by using the fireplace every evening. "Cesar, our host, was really nice and helpful and we could reach out to him whenever we had a question. All the workers on site where really nice and friendly. The farm is setup within beautiful surroundings and there where lots of farm animals to look at. We are definitely planning on coming back again in fall! "

"Great little house in a lovely area of Portugal. It was well equipped and we were very glad of the plunge pool as it was very hot when we were there."

"Great rustic and charming flat on the edge of town. Centrally located to visit wonderful places in all directions. Local foods and wines are fabulous. Bed was not the most comfortable and tight for 2 people. Check in and out was easy. Freaks have lemons on the tree in the back patio. Lovely!!"

Great hotel in Evora!!

"We stayed at the suites in May and we really enjoyed it! The room was very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. We liked there was some sitting area to sit and play cards with friends. The pool looked great but weather was too chilly! The breakfast was very tasty and well done!! "

"Feels like living in a historic bldg (built in 1500) with frescos and plaster walls and high ceilings. Situated in center old town close to cathedral and Roman ruins. Plenty of shops and restos nearby. Breakfast was fabulous. Rooms were fairly spacious and bidets in bathroom. Have to pay for parking "
