Staff were superb. Efficient and friendly.
Breakfast and lunch were very good. Didn't eat in the restaurant. Bar was perfect for us and bar snack one night was ample.
Bit further out than expected as we'd searched Florence but not hotels fault but shuttle bus into town was 10 euros or bus is 1.70 but about a 1 mile walk.
Room was clean, bed comfortable but shower area is open but camber seems off so water pools on bathroom floor unless you put a towel at the foot of the screen.
Little light pollution so starry skies at night.
Just what we needed this trip. Thank you! Like many cities there is a tourism / hotel tax.

The room was lovely, the included breakfast was delicious, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The only thing was the TV in our room didn't work, but we could live without it.
