Located on the top floor of the farmhouse, this apartment features a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a shower, and a bright living-dining area with a dining table. From the kitchen-living area, a curtain-door leads to a practical space with a single bed that can be converted into a double; this room is ideal for one or two children.



The fully equipped kitchen has all the essential cooking utensils, including oil, salt, pepper, spices, and a microwave.



The furnished private terrace is ideal for enjoying the Sicilian climate: equipped with lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, a barbecue, and an outdoor dining area, it offers moments of pure relaxation with a view of the greenery and is perfect for remote work.



Outside, you’ll find a large garden shared with our family and another rental property, perfect for walks or quiet moments among the centuries-old olive trees.
