Almarossa - Signature Sea View Villa with Private Pool
A villa of 170 sqm that comprises one (1) master bedroom of 30 sqm with an ensuite bathroom (the shower is separated from the WC). The living space comprises an open-plan kitchenette equipped with a fridge, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee maker. There is also a lounge with two (2) extra-long built-in sofas with anatomic mattresses which serve also as sofa beds. The lounge has also a guest bathroom. Going down, in the lower floor there is a very spacious recreational space with a 60-inch Smart TV and two (2) long built-in sofas that serve also as sofa beds. This space has also another full bathroom with a shower. There is a sea view from every space in the villa. Each villa has a very spacious private terrace with outdoor furnishing and a large 25 square meters swimming pool. The villa is equipped with top-quality linen, signature bath amenities and smart TV’s. There is also staff available 24/7 offering concierge services.
