Perfect view outlook the Aegean Sea. Steps away from the old castle great for sunset view. The host (Castro) is extremely helpful - he even helped us to get the luggage from airport (it’s delayed by airline). We love this hotel!

Clean room, staff especially Jonny is very helpful and responsive. They were able to accommodate us for early breakfast and early check out. Very nice cave room. Staff available but not intrusive. Walkable to restaurants, shopping and a few nice hikes. Hike from Fira to Oia is a hike but worth it, bring water and snacks.

The villa was very close to castle and sunset point, we will not have the crowd disturbance because of sunset compared go other sunset boulevard villas, the view is amazing and morning sun rises are amazing. They have everything ready for your stay, so be patient if you don't get an answer from the phone number provided after booking. Our host was Johnny, he was excellent when meeting us and he always answered our meesages during the stay. He provided very good recommendations and made sure our stay was perfect. We stayed in a beautiful villa and everything worked perfectly, clean room, kitchen, bathroom and shower worked perfectly, no issues at all. Jacuzzi outside was warm and perfect for relaxing with a gorgeous view. We stayed on early November so the city was calm with not so much people.

The villa was emaculent , spotless would be an understatement. It had everything we wanted. The private pool , hot tub , steam room and sauna were magnificent. The comfort of the beds and the breathtaking view of the caldera were top notch. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how kind , courteous and professional Mr. Christos was. He handled all our needs with a genuine smile. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience of the serenity villa at the amaya selection of luxury villas. The serenity , tranquility , and overall relaxation was extraordinary. I couldn’t recommend this property enough ! Communication with the property manager was very easy. We were in touch with Johnny for arranging the parking spot, carrying our luggage, finding the room, and other requests. He was extremely polite and patient. The room was clean, tidy, and had a nice local-style design. The small kitchen was equipped with all the essentials, the view from the room was amazing, and the hot tub was warm and perfectly usable.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Amaya Villas for our honeymoon! We had an amazing guide in Johnny, who told us about Santorini and where to go. The entire staff was very accommodating and provided delicious breakfast in the morning. The view was incredible from our villa too, it felt like a dream come true. The hot tub and view was amazing, the indoor was not as bad but I think the villa can improve on communication with their guest, topping off the coffee pods, shower gels and towels. When we arrived - the villa wasn’t ready with enough towels, hand wash and shower gels as a guest if we would want those to be ready instead of asking the owners. The communication arriving to Santorini (I would expect consistent communication and a welcome message in order for us to know the meet up spot or if we need transportation or not, that wasn’t communicated unless we asked them)

The room was good and a really good location. The person who escorted us into the room was friendly and helpful for 90% of the trip. On the day we were leaving I asked him if he can extend our stay for a few hrs as our flight is in the evening. He said he’d ask the owner but she replies slowly and that we can stay in the room until the owner replies. He then came back with a price which was too high when we wanted to leave in an hour so I rejected. He got really angry as he misunderstood and thought I was 100% going to stay. He walked off and gave so much attitude as if he was a girl. My wife felt very uncomfortable

The view of the Caldera was magnificent. The Sunrise and sunset experience and photographic opportunities were ideal for us. A view of the iconic Blue Dome churches was spectacular. The villa was quiet, and private, yet so close to the Oia first class shops and Restaurants. The Villa was also closely situated near the Castle and the steps that descend to Amoudi Bay. The staff were A in meeting all the needs for us. Requests for transfer through car service was exceptional. The breakfasts were fantastic! A big thank you to the staff at Amaya Villas in Santorini!

Amazing view, staff was great. I forgot to check in before, so our cab dropped us off blocks away. We contacted the property, Google maps gave us the wrong adrress. The staff answered and ran around the streets looking for us. Great service. Also we adopted a family of cats, watered and bought fresh food for them. We left it for the next guest, to pay it forward. Hopefully they will ..loved it there. Also, bring good shoes to walk in 😊

The apartment was lovely your paying for that view. Which is stunning!! Wouldn’t order breakfast as it was cold by time we got it and first day we had a choice but last two days it was minimal and coffee and omelette was cold . Location is A , really close to all the amazing shopping, food, castle (for sunset views), Ammoudi port, and a blue dome. Two amazing spots for those gram pics, just a few steps away. Staff goes above and beyond for the guests! Two considerations: (I) some of the villas have very steep drops near the entry door or close to it. There is no fence or railing for safety. Not a place for folks with younger kids, inebriated adults, elderly. A fall can cause severe injury (ii) There is no central reception or check-in area, get WhatsApp for communicating with the villa staff members

We stayed in The Bliss Villa and it was an amazing place to stay. The view from the terrace was stunning and the hot tub was lovely and warm and was a great place to relax whilst taking in the views. The location was perfect as it was close to the main pedestrian street with lots of shops and restaurants and a few minutes walk away to watch the sunset. There are some very steep steps to get to the villa, this is to be expected in Oia though and you will always be walking up and down stairs and hills here. The villa was very clean on arrival and was cleaned daily. It also had great amenities provided… iron & board, air con, bath towels & towels for the hot tub, toiletries, hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Breakfast is provided and bought to the room each morning at the time you request with the property manager Mrs Ezeni. Mrs Ezeni is available all day via WhatsApp if you need her and is very attentive when helping out. When staying in The Bliss Villa, make sure that the transport company knows to drop you off and pick you up at Oia Post Office. We was greeted on arrival and had our bags carried down to the villa for us and when we checked out, our bags were carried back up. This property has ten villas and we're given the Windmill Villa. What's most impressive about this villas was its 360 degree panoramic view. It's located on top of the hill where tourists would usually make a stop outside the wrapped around terrace to take pictures. The view from the terrace was next to none. Sitting in a lounge chair or soaking in the hot tub on the terrace - covered and more discrete than some hot tubs or pools in other villas - sipping a glass of home made vinsanto offered by the manager and taking in the view was most enjoyable and pleasant. Inside the windmill was quite small and dated. Folks with mobility issue would find climbing up and down the narrow spiral staircase quite challenging. But the spectacular outside by far made up for the lacking on the inside. It's several minutes of walk to the promenade and the center of Oia. Breakfast was brought in every day by the lady who also cleaned the villa. The property didn't have an office on site. Manager Ezeni tried to command her staff remotely which wasn't an easy task on a large island like Santorini. We commend her effort.

The first Villa we were assigned had issues. One of the showers didnt have a light working and the bathtub was in the master bedroom. The second one we moved to was the actual one from the photos and was beautiful. The villas are more like cave homes. Going in the winter there were only 2 restaurants open within walking distance while we were there. Beautiful view and Villa employees were kind and tried to help. There was minimal hot water that trickled in the showers
