Before our stay, we were a bit worried after reading some negative reviews, but the room turned out to be wonderful. At least the Grand Suite was very satisfying. There were some minor drawbacks, such as limited variety of plates, few cooking utensils, and less privacy with the neighbors, but these were not major issues for us.

Great place!! Lots of steps and thankful hotel staff met us to help with luggage. Area is very quiet and only 20min walk to Oia (pronunced "Eee yah) . Hot tub was nice. Just note that taxi around Santorini is so expensive!! So if you want to be moving around the island, add that to your budget. Breakfast was awesome delivered to door/porxh.

The suites here are spacious and lovely. The breakfast delivered to your room was tasty and very generous. Most of all, Harris, the manager was terrific. When our rental car got stuck on a dirt road (which we never should have driven on), he facilitated getting us pulled out and didn't even embarrass us. Great place.

The gentleman running the desk was good, assisted trying to make our stay better. Out of 4 days in the Honeymoon Suite the hot tub worked only a single day, very disappointing since this is one of the main reasons I booked the place for my wife and I. The bed was terrible, felt like you were sleeping on springs!! There is also no place to store your clothing unless you plan on using the second bedroom to layout all your clothing on the beds which is what we had to do. There was a total of 3 hangers in the place to hang clothing. The parking lots are horrible, the closest holds only around 15 cars and is always full. That left us parking in their secondary lot which is approx a 10 min walk from the hotel. Be prepared for lots of stairs and climbing to get to your place. The desk will offer porter services, take them!! The view is beautiful, the restaurants in the village are excellent authentic food.

The property was amazing! The breakfast delivery was accurate and the selection was large. The room was extra clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and beyond helpful! Staying in a cave was so cool!!!! Walk to Oia was short and walk to the winery was unique!

Had a wonderful experience at Fava, just a short 10min walk to to Oia. Harris was very helpful and communication was great! Highly recommend book his transfer from the airport and they look after everything for you! Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed in the Honeymoon suite with the outdoor private jetted tub. Fava eco suites is located in Finnikia- It was the perfect location to stay! It is nice and quiet, with a couple of restaurants nearby (not many), but only a 10 minute or less walk to the more busy/touristy town of Oia. The bus stop is about a 5-10 minute walk as well. We bussed to Fira a couple of the days we were there- super easy to figure out transportation and the buses are very cheap (about 2 euros). It said welcome gift upon arrival, but we didn't get anything- which was fine! The place was very clean and it had 2 outdoor patio areas. One with the jetted tub and one upstairs with an AMAZING VIEW on the balcony. Breakfast was brought to your room every morning. Air conditioning worked well. The cold tub was super nice to cool off in since we were there in June. Overall we had a wonderful experience! I highly recommend it!

So let me start off by saying that I hate leaving negative reviews, I don't want to be the source of someone losing income but our experience here started off bad and just kept getting worse. We came here with another couple and we both have a 3 year old. We booked this because it showed that they were giving us a 2 bedroom suite with a sofa bed. Instead we got 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, cherry on top the double bed frame broke, all to share between 6 people. When we voiced our concerns the person that was sent to meet us basically ran away from here. We asked to be changed to the room we initially asked for and they said it's completely booked up and there's nothing we can do. In fact management hasn't even come here to talk to us. The jetted tub has a bunch of dead bugs in it. There's literally a line of bugs going from the outside through our private sitting area and there were stains on the bedding. Their pictures online are deceiving, communication is non existent after receiving the keys we were told that management wouldn't be available for 2 hours. So we basically just sat around waiting for a response. Now we're stuck here for the next 2 days avoiding sitting outside where we wanted our toddlers to play. I've never been so disappointed by accommodations that I've spent $1200 on for 2 nights. Online it shows they have bookings available for half the price we paid. But they're not able to do anything about it till the following day so we just have to make do.

O Café da manha esta fresco, muito gostoso. Sobre o Estacionamento, fica um pouco longe, mas tudo certo! Unico ponto mesmo a destacar é que a Jacuzzi é com agua fria e o chuveiro tem bastenta problema para esquentar, tivemos que solicitar por varias vezes manutenção.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend wir wurden nett empfangen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt unserer Meinung perfekt,da es sehr ruhig und leise ist und man zu Fuß schnell in Oia ist. Ansonsten lohnt es sich ein Quad zumieten. Da die Parkmöglichkeiten beschränkt sind, man aber mit dem Quad ein Parkplatz findet. Ich würde immer wieder ins Fava. Der Blick aus der Honeymoon Sweet ist überragend.

Onze ervaring bij Fava Eco Suites in Finikia was zeer positief. De accommodatie is prachtig gelegen tegen een berg, wat een idyllische en unieke sfeer creëert. Dit betekent echter dat het een behoorlijke klim is om bij het huisje te komen. Voor mensen die minder goed ter been zijn, of voor wie met een kinderwagen reist, kan dit een uitdaging zijn. Toch is het personeel buitengewoon behulpzaam en altijd bereid om met steekkarretjes te helpen bij het vervoeren van koffers, wat een groot pluspunt is. De locatie in Finikia draagt bij aan een authentieke en rustige ervaring, ver weg van de drukte, met een fantastisch uitzicht vanuit de accommodatie. Het schoonmaakpersoneel verdient een speciale vermelding; ze zorgden ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos schoon was, inclusief het zwembad, dat regelmatig werd verschoond en gevuld met vers water. Een bijzonder hoogtepunt was de hot whirlpool, die perfect was voor de koelere avonden. Hoewel we soms een verkoelend bad hadden gewenst tijdens warmere dagen, was de whirlpool toch een geweldige aanvulling op de faciliteiten. Het interieur en de bedden voldeden volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Alles was comfortabel en verzorgd. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was goed, vooral gezien de kwaliteit van de faciliteiten en de uitzonderlijke service. Het personeel was altijd vriendelijk en bereid om te helpen, wat ons verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. Wat deze accommodatie echt uniek maakt, is het adembenemende uitzicht vanuit de verwarmde jacuzzi.

The property overall was very nice, the service and the reception attendant was superb. I did not like the fact the we shared entry way with the room next to us but I guess it is a location issue. The rooms could use a little more storage space for the bags and personal items.

Disappointed stay

We were very very disappointed as the room that hotel offered was completely different from the one we have booked. There was no view at all and the number of beds in the room were also different. We tried to liaise with the hotel, they only said it was the one we have booked and they rejected to change and no compensation to us. They just keep saying that was the room type that we have booked. Will never book it in future and will not recommend to all my friends.

Nice and cozy hotel

イアの街から徒歩10分くらいのところにあります。部屋は広く、外にはジャグジー。キレイで快適でした。人もサービスも良いホテルです。朝食も美味しかったです。洗面所のアメニティは石鹸1種類なので持参した方が良いです！キッチンスペースもあり、果物を切ったりできますよ。
