Thomas was an excellent host & was very reliable. The property was stunning with lovely views. The location was perfect as it was only a 10 minute drive from the capital/beach and 30 minutes to Oia.

Very remote

We had this property booked for 5 nights. We ended up only staying one. It is VERY remote. You cannot walk to anything because there are no pedestrian paths and it would be very dangerous to walk on the winding roads. Ubers were extremely expensive - 40 euros to go 3 km. We booked a hotel in Thira and sadly spent double to enjoy our time.

Dommage et décevant. Les photos ne correspondent plus, il s’est construit deux immeubles qui cachent l’ensemble de la vue, c’est trompeur. Ils sont là depuis sans doute plus de 1 an. Dommage, le confort intérieur est convenable, l’extérieur fait oublier que vous êtes en vacances.

Das Apartment ist stimmig eingerichtet und hat unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut erfüllt. Mit täglicher Poolreinigung und frischen Handtüchern ein Service fast wie im Hotel. Jeder war freundlich zu uns, sodass wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Einziges Manko waren die sehr laute nahe Straße und die doch nicht ganz so voll ausgestattete Küche (mir fehlte da noch der ein oder andere kleine Helfer: Salatschüssel, Nudelsieb, Eierpiekser).

The villa and property were absolutely gorgeous. Very spacious and clean. Very close to Thira and about 30 minutes to Oia. My only negative was that the owner of the villa was not very friendly. She was not very accommodating or hospitable. If we felt a little more welcomed and accommodated I would have gave this property a 10/10.

Séjour dans une villa avec effet wahou!! Un peu retiré de la cohue de Santorin ce qui est à la fois un avantage et un inconvénient! Pas très loin de Kamari même à pieds (30’), très jolie petite station balnéaire.

Nice accommodation for with room for improvement

Room not ready at arrival, pool chem to high resulted in colored high and ruined bathing suits. Kitchen could have been more well-equipped as well as there are just 2 sun beds for a room to 4 people. Comms worked fine and hostess made sure that we got what needed. Location is only ideal for if you have own transportation.

Amazing Villa, Lovely Staff.

This is a fantastic place to stay with friends. Everything is no more than 20 mins away by taxi and between 6 people it never reaches more than 10 euro each. The views are stunning at sunrise and even at sunset you can see the sky change colours and form rainbows over the sea. The cleaning staff were excellent! Even when we made a bit of a mess! They come after 11am everyday and check you would actually like to have the place tidied, if not, no problem! The Air-Con was efficient, fast and a life saver. The manager herself, Sylvia, was lovely. She gave us a tour when we arrived and showed us all the good beach spots on the island (She could tell we wouldn't be into hiking). She was always reachable through WhatsApp for any questions we had. All in All a fantastic villa to stay in, worth every penny.

We had reserved this property for our vacation for 3 nights. Property was clean and centrally located. Everything on the property was fine except the hot tub. It leached the paint. For all of our 3 day stay we were given various reasons and told that it is taken care of. On last day we were told that they will work with Expedia to refund some of the rental fee. It is over a week and several WhatApp msgs but no response from the property manager. Little disappointed.

Great place to stay on Santorini!

The place was amazing, brand new villa with three full bedrooms. These accommodations in Fira would cost three or four times as much per night. Sotiris the manager was a huge help, he even helped us arrange a last-minute sailing trip.

troisième séjour à Santorin et là nous sommes tombés sur une Superbe villa , très bien située . tout le confort nécessaire et un service irréprochable , l'intendant vous laisse un portable d'urgence , vous pouvez le joindre à n'importe quelle heure , il répond et vous prend en charge , j'ai testé et c'est vrai , c'est un vrai plus . je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés..... bref juste génial .

Agréable appartement avec jacuzzi

Il ne s'agit pas d'un appart hôtel mais d'une petite résidence avec 2 ou 3 appartements, avec un service de chambre (changement de serviettes, entretien) tous les jours. Sur place il n'y a pas de réception. Le responsable était très attentionné et nous a donné de bons conseils. Le seul problème que nous ayons eu, pas de pression dans la douche juste un filet d'eau... Le jacuzzi très sympa.

Beautiful property!

Just finished a three night stay at this beautiful villa while on a Greek islands holiday. The villa is wonderful, new construction with tons of cool design touches and special features. We highly recommend it! Just so potential renters are aware- there are actually two units in one building, hence the two hot tub pictures. There is a three bedroom unit with the covered hot tub and a two bedrooms unit with the roof top hot tub. Not a big deal to us at all, but just wasn't totally clear from the description on this site. The villa is on a somewhat busy road, so there is some traffic noise during the day. Also note that this villa is on the east side of the island, meaning no sunset or caldera views. Since this was our first trip to the island we were not fully aware of this when picking the location. Again, not a big deal to us at all just making others aware if this is a priority. And the sunrise views are amazing! You will want a car. No question. Very little is within safe walking distance. The villa management (who were wonderful) helped us quickly arrange one and it was brought right to our door, and we left it at the villa at the end. We also ad the villa arrange our transport to and from the ferry port, and all went perfectly. And there is a delightful taverna just up the hill below the church. Go. You will love it!

Ruhige, aber zentral gelegene Villa. Immer wieder!

Das Haus, welches direkt neben der Nachbarvilla angrenzt, ist sein Geld wirklich wert. Die Übergabe des Hauses war überaus unkompliziert, Fragen und Anliegen wurden stets schnell und kompetent bearbeitet. Der Whirlpool hätte zwar für die Ende September herrschenden Temperaturen etwas wärmer sein können, für die Pause vom Alltag aber dennoch wirklich sehr schön. Vor allem weil man wirklich mit genügend Privatsphäre die Zeit darin genießen kann. Auch der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wirklich sehr schön, wir haben unser Gastgeschenk, ein Wein aus Santorin, mit Blick auf das Meer sehr genießen können. Das Haus ist wirklich zentral gelegen und die Insel kann von dort aus mit dem Auto super erkundet werden. Selbst unsere Lieblingstaverne liegt gerade mal 5 Autominuten entfernt. Aus dem unteren Schlafzimmer ist der Sonnenaufgang sogar aus dem Bett zu betrachten...Kleiner Manko: Leider hat es sehr lange gedauert, bis die Dusche warm war und der Druck zum Duschen ansatzweise ausreichend war.
