Great location and view, but no AC

The start of the check in process was rough. We ask ahead of time to drop our bags off before check in, they said it was fine since we landed early, but when we arrived it was a different story. Luckily, through multiple phone calls they did at least give us an early check in. The location and view was excellent, but the inside was mediocre, no a/c (2 fans), and it smelled musty. We went in mid Sep so the weather was low to mid 80s, I can’t imagine it being warmer without an AC unit. During the day it felt cooler outside, the evenings were somewhat tolerable with the fan directly pointed at our bed. So not sure if I would stay here again, unless they do some updating. Thanks!

Uncomfortable accommodation with great views

Location is wonderful, with spectacular views of the Caldera. The property had two bedrooms, both up very step steps. Lack of air conditioning quite disappointing mitigated somewhat by two fans. Small fridge and limited cooking facilities. Very basic shower hose.
