Hidden Gem 💎

This hotel is a little hidden gem. Beautiful setting, really lovely room. Very quiet and staff very helpful. Views are amazing! A few nice bars and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Would highly recommend here ❤️

One of the best hidden gem on the island. If you have rental car and enjoy to stay away form crowded area. The room is open to the sea ,exactly like the picture . The staff is very nice as traditional Greece people , and the breakfast is top notch.

Relaxing place on the busy island

First of all great thank you to the whole team! Most of reviews mention the view as the best feature of the place. I would like to say that without all the people taking care of guests, being always very kind, communicative and doing best to make your stay as comfortable as possible, the view would not count. Our early arrival was served very kindly and well, additional requests were satisfied at good price and with excellent support. With all of that indeed the view is spectacular, place is quiet, within walking distance to mini market, a local cafe, restaurants of Akrotiri. The bus stop is right next to the hotel. We enjoyed being there.

Wow, just wow! This place is what dreams are made of. It's not a luxury hotel you pay an arm and a leg for, but it's location, friendly staff and scenery our worth every penny. I would come back here in a heart beat and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a quiet yet beautiful location within walking distance to restaurants and a few shops.

Good hotel with a great view

Good hotel with a great view, rooms are comfortable but could do with a bit of attention in places (curtain missing a few hooks, bathroom tiles a tiny bit mouldy). Breakfast was good, you fill in a form of what you want rather than a buffet and hand this in before you eat. Works well and imagine cuts down on a lot of waste compared to a buffet. Pool is nice if a bit small, but the view is amazing.

Kokkinos Villas is the perfect spot if you’re looking for a spacious, peaceful stay with a stunning walk-out pool and breathtaking views! I booked this hotel for the incredible scenery and suite, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Absolutely gorgeous. The location is ideal, just a short distance from Red Beach, White Beach, and Black Beach. You can easily hop on the local bus to Red Beach and then take a water taxi to explore all three. Getting to Fira is a reasonable drive, but Oia is a bit farther, so it’s best to plan your outings in advance. Breakfast was a highlight, fresh, delicious, and made to order. You simply fill out your breakfast sheet at reception in the morning, and they bring your drinks, pastries, hot dishes, fruit, cereal, etc, right to your table. From my experience, the hotel tends to attract an older, quieter crowd who appreciate a calm atmosphere without loud music.

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Convenient to Acrotiri old town. Room very spacious but sparsely furnished; very little storage. Small sink and fridge but no cooking facility and very few implements. North facing so little sun on room balconies but good balance sun and shade around pool. Limited menu at pool bar. Exposed to wind but glass screens around pool and restaurant. Very steep gradients and steps with no prior warning. Limited parking adjacent to site but very steep and narrow access. On road to Caldera beach (10 minute steep walk) with ok beach bar and dive school but no other facilities. Views fantastic from all rooms.

Notre chambre 112, est juste à l'angle de la rue, très mal isolé (à équiper le double vitrage). Et devant chambre et devant les fenêtres, il y a 2 rangements pour les affaires ménages donc il y a toujours du passage du personnel donc nous sommes obligés de fermer les rideaux et du coup la chambre est très sombre. Le confort de la chambre n'est pas à la hauteur du 5 étoiles. Seulement le service du personnel est superbe, 5/5.

Schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick! Kleines Pool mit Baar, völlig ausreichend. Frühstück muss am Vorabend bestimmt werden, kein Buffet. Bedienung könnte freundlicher und viralem aufmerksamer sein. Insgesamt gutes und frisches Frühstück.

Agradable

Él instalación es chula, con buenas vistas, aunque algo aislada, de hecho hay que bajar muchas cosas escaleras. Lugar silencioso. No doy 5 estrellas porque nos sentimos engañados. Teníamos una reserva en un restaurante cercano, exactamente a 4 min en coche. Pedí en recepción que nos llamarán un taxi, la chica tarda un buen rato y nos dice que era muy complicado encontrar uno, pensamos que era por la alta demanda y tal, después de 15 min nos dice que nos ha conseguido un taxi y que eran 30€. Nos pareció carísimo por tan solo 4 min, pero bueno íbamos a perder la reserva así q decimos que si. De repente se presenta el dueño del hotel y nos dice que nos llevaría el, flipanos en colores, se aprovecharon de nosotros ya que a la vuelta pedimos al restaurante de llamarnos un taxi, y nos vinieron a recoger con un Mercedes de lujo y pagamos 15 euros. Muy mal trato.
