Great Stay

lovely place to stay so clean bedding & towels changed every day, room and balcony very pleasant, swimming pool very quiet most days and gorgeous, walked to Emporio and to Perissa beach also used local buses a bit pot luck but did the job would definitely stay again

Booked a last minute trip and picked this accommodation because of other reviews. Is a budget accommodation but well maintained. Daily housekeeping was great, room cleaned and fresh bedding and towels every day. Studio units with no frills but all you need as a base for getting out and about. Was made very welcome on arrival despite the extremely late hour after flight delays and the owner was really helpful throughout, very thoughtful and just make guests feel well looked after.

Enjoyed a relaxing 7 night stay at Mandilaria Studios with my family. The studio overall was amazing with their staff having excellent hospitality. Stellios was very helpful in recommending local tourist spots, transport, supermarket, beaches and restaurants. The location of the studio was very accessible to the bus stop and supermarket (2-3 minute walk) and the walk to Perissa beach being (20-25 minute walk). We loved Stellios’ recommendation of the grill restaurant nearby. They were very welcoming and assured us to not hesitate to reach out for any assistance especially when I was injured by the balcony door due to the strong wind (suggested having a stopper to prevent this). Thank you for making our stay at Mandilaria Studios one of our highlights from our Santorini trip, it was such a memorable experience. I will strongly recommend to whoever is planning to visit Santorini and would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay here. We booked only the day before travel. With a quick email we had a transfer arranged for us. The apartments were nice & quiet. Often had the pool to ourselves. The pool was lovely! We were given a map of the island and good information about where to visit. Which was great. The rooms were cleaned every single day with fresh towels, bedding and shower mat. We didn’t hire a car but across the road from the apartments is a bus stop. The buses are every 20mins. It was really handy except when the buses were full & we couldn’t get on. At one point we waited well 1hr 20mins before getting on. That being said without the buses we would of struggled to get round the island! The beach of Perissa is about 25min walk from the apartments. Lots of bars and restaurants there. So we ate down there most nights. There is one restaurant next to the apartments. The Grill house. We ate there once but probably wouldn’t be inclined to eat there again. Great supermarket next door too. Overall we had a lovely stay. I would 100% stay in these apartments again. They are perfect for anyone wanting to be away from the hustle & bustle of the main tourist attractions. Thanks for a great stay!

Stelios was very helpful and friendly, the property was clean and cleaned our room and swapped towels everyday. It was quiet and although others were staying in the apartments you wouldn't even notice anyone else by noise or sight. Very spacious and stelios would do anything to help us enjoy our stay.

I had the best time staying at Mandalaria Studios! The place is perfect, the rooms were super clean and comfortable. Ideal location close to the bus stop and the supermarket. The man on reception (I can’t remember his name) was the best and so welcoming and lovely! Answered all of my questions and gave me really good information. Even made it possible for me to stay an extra night when my flight was delayed! Absolutely brilliant, would highly recommend!

Superb stay. Hidden gem near to beach

I did not have high expectation when booking into this accommodation but how wrong I was. Stelios was extremely helpful and the room was super clean. The location is slightly further from the beach but it is next to the main road with bus stop just within 5 mibs walk and straight down to Perissa beach. The mountain view from the pool makes it so unforgettable. I will ge back.

Absolute gem of a place. Its a 2 level apartment with a double bed upstairs and living room kitchenette bathroom and sofa bed down stairs. The place is run by father and son, who are ALWAYS in the property, very friendly, helpful and sweet people. half a block from a supermarket and restaurant, 5 blocks from a 24 hour bakery, 4 blocks to the beach but I would still recommend you get a car in santorini. We got in late (flight delay) and the owner waited for us until untold hours, wouldnt accept a tip for his troubles, wouldnt charge us for a late check out since he had the room empty for the next day. It is so refreshing to find down to earth decent to a fault people... but that has pretty much been our Greek experience... I will miss this place. Great vacations THANK YOU MANDILARIA!!!

Tuvimos una estancia excepcional allí. Los estudios están muy cuidados, aunque con mobiliario básico, sí se tiene todo lo necesario y todo está bien conservado y limpio. Habitaciones silenciosas y hotel muy tranquilo. Tiene dos piscinas estupendas, una para adultos y otra para niños. Stellios y su familia dan un servicio genial, siempre disponibles para cualquier duda o problema que puedas tener. Además, tiene un supermercado grande, cajero y un restaurante a menos de 2 minutos. Si volvemos a Santorini sin duda repetiremos

Magnifique hôtel , hôte génial !

Magnifique séjour d’une semaine passé dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée à l’aéroport une voiture était présente pour nous comme convenue. A notre arrivée , l’hôte était vraiment heureux de nous accueillir et de nous fournir les informations nécessaires concernant le logement et surtout les endroits à visiter sur l’île. La chambre était nettoyé chaque jour , même la vaisselle était faite ! Incroyable première expérience sur cette île et plus particulièrement dans cet hôtel qui est d’ailleurs très bien situé ! Nous reviendrons un jour dans cet établissement 🤗

Un séjour PARFAIT

Un séjour parfait a Santorini, Stelios nous as accueillis malgré notre arrivée tardive du a un retard d'avion. Le lendemain il nous a donné toutes les infos utiles de Perissa et les environs de l'hôtel puis de Santorini. Nous avons pu aussi directement louer un quad grâce à un de ses contacts pas très loin de l'hôtel ce qui a rendu la visite de l'île encore meilleur La chambre parfaite, propre très fonctionnel avec cuisine frigo et surtout un supermarché à 100 m bref que du +++

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Host gentilissimo, pulizia e piscina super. Consiglio sicuramente. La zona è tranquilla e la spiaggia poco distante. Il mare più bello di tutta l'isola. Tutti gli altri posti sono facilmente raggiungibili ma bisogna avere uno scooter o auto.
