Spectacular view. Private. The Perfect place in Santorini! Close to many restaurants, bars and shopping. Delicious breakfast and amazing service. Will be back as soon as possible. The view from the jacuzzi is incredible. Spent 4 nights there with my family and they loved too.

If you want a view of the Caldera and to be right in the heart of mass tourism, where endless cruise ships bring thousands of passengers daily to spend a few hours plodding past overpriced restaurants with spectacular views, and shops selling mass produced souvenirs, then this is your spot. Come witness a wonder of the natural world and wonder at the capitalist pollution of which you are part.

Room was cool and cozy with a beautiful view of the caldera and sunsets! Made to order breakfast was awesome! "Hot tub" was not hot so more of a plunge pool but still cool to sit and watch the sights. Room was clean and comfy and they were able to get us in our room early. They watched our luggage so we could walk around while we waited. Right next to the cable car to the port and close to downtown Fira main street. Easy access to taxis and the bus stop. Wear good shoes cause the steps are many and the cobblestone steets can get you. Would stay here again!

Really enjoyed my three nights in paradise! Amazing views from the hot tub and very private. Close to all the action and great staff. I especially enjoyed having a breakfast tray delivered to the hot tub area each day!

Incredible views in a fantastic location

Amazing views! Location was awesome, quaint rooms, delicious breakfast, and very friendly staff, Ada gave lots of great recommendations! We were here end of season when it was a bit chilly, wouldn’t call the hot tub hot… it was only warm.

This property has an amazing view of the caldera with its own plunge pool. The breakfast was delivered every morning and was delicious and the customer service was impeccable! It’s right out the door to all the shops and restaurants.

Vladimir and Peter are amazing, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel has a beautiful view of Santorini and the volcano. The rooms are spectacular and cozy and gives you a feel of how its like to live in Santorini. The breakfast they offer is very great and tasty. I high oh recommend this establishment to anyone.

Can’t say enough good things about it. With only four suites they are able to provide a level of service that is perfect. Ada and Alex take such good care of the guests. The location is great. The view is great. The breakfast was great.

The property was a unique cave with all modern facilities. Hot tub. The most exceptional views and fabulous staff who cannot do enough. Breakfast was delivered to room every day by very helpful male staff member, sorry can't remember his name.

Since the moment of reservation they star getting in contact! Ada was an amazing host and help us with everything! The hotel is in the best location close to everything! Room was amazing!!! It was super big. We got the honey moon suite. We arrive early and the room was ready so it was perfect for us. Bus station is 8 min walking and it cost 1.5 to 2 euros to move around the island so is super cheap. We will come back for sure

Location is superb, right in the heart of Fira, so many shopping around and just 2 mins walk to the Main Street. The only down side of the property is so much narrow stairs up and down makes it hard to move big suitcases. Ada who was our contact person during the stay was gorgeous, she took care of us even before we arrived. She sent us a lot of good info about car rental, activities to book, dining places, and arranged transportation from the port for us. Breakfast menu has a large variety of choices and we loved it being served till 11am. The room is lovely, spotless clean and our plunge pool faces to the caldera which was a bonus for enjoying the ocean and sunset. During the night even it is in the center of Fira, it’s so quiet probably due to their building construction. We rented a small car for 2 days which I recommend to do so as it made our life easier to get around between Fira, Oia, and the beaches. Parking is sketchy though, we parked at the lot across the McDonald’s which was suggested by Ada but that parking lot is popular and people kinda park “very freestyle”, glad that we had a small car. Overall we enjoyed our stay so much, we definitely will come back.
