My room Was newly renovated and it was awesome. The lower rooms not so much where my daughter stayed. Overall, it was good and the restaurant above very reasonable beautiful view good food.

I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning hotel in Santorini. The location is unbeatable, perched on a cliff with breathtaking views of the caldera. The scenery alone is worth the visit! The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Simona was incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Whether it was arranging transportation or offering local recommendations, she was always there with a smile.

Amazing view of Caldera! Perfect location in the town of Thira. Breakfast was delicious. Our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) had plenty of room and space. Our girls loved the hot tub. Will definitely stay again next time.

The hotel is in the best location with a lot to do walking distance including shopping, restaurants and the bus station. Free breakfast was great, room was very clean and staff were very nice and helpful. The views from our room were gorgeous I have no complaints. I did read past reviews about how it is loud at night due to music and you can hear it from your room but it didn’t bother us.

The property took our money. The island was under a state of emergency and we were concerned about the earthquakes and attempted to cancel a week prior and they refused. We did did not stay there. Very poor business practice and should be ashamed of themselves for outright taking peoples money under those conditions. Horrible.

A few cons but a great place to stay

Good: location, views, and an amazing breakfast. They are also really responsive and will help out immediately. Bad: cleanliness - can tell it is a bit outdated. Hair in the sinks and the pool was a bit run down. Even with the cleaning service, we could tell they didn’t do a thorough job. Still overall a solid 4/5.

The location was good and the view was awesome! We chose this hotel for the private Jacuzzi, but ours was not working although other rooms’ were available. We told them and they said they will fix. But they never did. We were so excited for that, so very disappointed. We wished they could have moved us to another room which was working because we stayed 3 nights. The breakfast is good, but it is exactly the same every morning.

Simona greeted us when we arrived. Staff was great. Angel very helpful with our luggage, at restaurant and with other needs. As well Usman; they both helped us carrying our luggage up and down the steep stairs! They also helped at restaurant at breakfast. Yanis was great at the breakfast and the food was excellent every morning! The view to the sea at our eating tables can not be beat! Simona was great helping us with all our needs, the room we had was perfect for 5 people. And our view from our room was the best! We could see the other islands and the best sunset ever! The hot tub was amazing and a PLUS! halfway covered and it overlooks to the outside. We had our wine and beer on hot tub overlooking at the ocean and at the other islands. Our room had to bathrooms; this was perfect for a family of 5 adults. We also had 2 refrigerators to keep our drinks nice and cool. I can’t say enough of how great this place is! Our terrace/patio was perfect for anytime, we had coffee outside and some beers and we could hear the bells from the church nearby. Very relaxing… I have to say is a great setting and I think we got one of the best rooms. Stairs were a little hard to go up and down, but we didn’t care, as we were having lots of fun in our room and at the town. Place is in the the heart of Santorini! This is another plus! As we found many great restaurants at waking distance, local buses, taxis, airport 15 minutes away, shopping, etc. I give it the most stars! will use again

Les suites, parfaitement situées au coeur Thira, sont originales et très bien entretenues. Le spa est contrôlé tous les matins et même si l'eau en cette saison n'est pas très chaude (stipulé dans le descriptif) c'est extraordinaire d'en profiter avec une vue exceptionnelle, à couper le souffle. Le personnel est très disponible et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et propose des produits locaux variés dans une salle ouverte avec encore cette vue incroyable sur la Caldeira. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.
