It's not a Hotel, it's familiy. Heart of the family is Simona. All the Staff is verry verry friendly and verry verry helpful. The location is breath-taking. I had a real super holliday.

What an excellent hotel! Impeccable service, Simona is perfect in assisting us and very flexible. Excellent cleanliness. Breathtaking view of the caldera. Perfect breakfast, and with the view, even better. I highly recommend it. For those who didn't like it, they're just jealous, because everything is perfect.
