Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The staff go above and beyond for comfort, kindness and to make sure you have everything you need. She gave excellent recommendations for everything from dining, to beaches and our activities so trust them when they tell you what’s good. The place is clean, quiet and a 5 minute walk to downtown Fira and the bus stop so it’s convenient. Lovely pool, comfy beds and a wonderful patio to relax on. Highly recommend!!!

Family feel hotel - very friendly staff

The hotel is gorgeous - a short walk away from the hustle and bustle but it gives an insight to how some of the locals live which is my preference rather than high end hotels. The staff are so friendly, the hotel is quiet at night. The pool is quite cold but we visited in May so it’s the beginning of the season!

Great place to stay at a great place

Wonderful family owned business. The workers were very kind and spread hospitality to us throughout the entire stays. The hotel was in a quiet area and had great views. Would definitely recommend to anybody coming to visit Santorini.

We checked in and then wanted to find a place for coffee. There wasn't anyone in the office nor in the room next to the pool. There wasn't anyone around to answer any questions. If something happens to any guest there isn't anyone to give them help. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

J’ai été très déçue par cet hôtel qui est situé derrière la ville dans une zone un peu perdue. Notre chambre donnait sur un stationnement et sur la rie. Il fallait sortir de l’hôtel pour y avoir accès . Ça devait être une chambre supérieure, En plus l’internet ne fonctionnait pas bien. Le personnel de l’hôtel à notre arrivée nous faisait une rencontre pour essayer de nous vendre des excursions, à part cela on ne les voyait pas.

Herlig familiedrevet lite sted med helt topp service og rengjøring. Det var en særs koselig og imøtekommende betjening. Lå veldig fint til i forhold til sentrum av Fira, kort vei å gå, ca 7 min. Veldig fint rom og en trasse med flott utsikt. Bestilte transport fra flyplassen og leide bil gjennom hotellet. Bilen ble levert og hentet på parkeringsplassen til hotellet. Bra service hele veien. Terningkast 6.

Amazing stay! Gregoris and his family are so welcoming and warm! The rooms were extremely clean and every single day they came in and changed out all the towels, sheets, gave more shampoo and soap, toilet paper, etc etc... We actually stayed in two different rooms during our five night stay and both rooms were great. There is a mini fridge in every room. Breakfast was toast and butter, a toasted grilled cheese sandwich with ham - although we preferred no ham, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cake, obviously coffee or tea. All prepared freshly on the spot. The pool was very cold but we came late September so that's not surprising. Pool area is very pretty with a beautiful rock wall and their resident cat who is super sweet and got a lot of love from us... They have rooms downstairs and upstairs on the property. The room we had downstairs had a place to hang and dry your laundry or wet towels. One important thing to mention - town center is only a 10 or 15 minute walk away but it is all uphill. If you are in moderate shape you'll be fine. Just take into account it's an uphill incline all the way. The bright side is that coming back it's all downhill!! 😊

We enjoyed our honeymoon stay here very much! The hotel manager, Grigoris, was very helpful and professional. He helped us with our bags, finding things to do, and was more than happy to help us with anything else we needed. The rest of the staff was also very friendly, a very personable experience.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix !

Notre court séjour sur place a été parfait ! L'hôtel est légèrement excentré du centre de Fira mais accessible à pied en moins de 5 minutes ! C'était nickel pour nous qui ne cherchions pas l'agitation des ruelles de Fira. L'hôtel a un certains charme, il est calme et bien tenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la clim fonctionne bien. Cet hôtel est un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour l'ile ! La seule critique (pour être constructif) que je pourrais faire c'est que le petit-déjeuner n'est pas top...mais à ce prix là, beaucoup ne le propose pas sur Santorin. Et nous avons eu des remontées d'odeur des tuyauteries dans la chambre. À part ça, merci à Greg et à toute sa famille pour ce super séjour !

GREGORY has EVERYTHING! 🙂 brilliant stay

The host was brilliant, approachable and very reliable. Gregory was replying to every request extremely fast. He organized everything we needed within very short time 🙌😊 will definitely stay there again! The accommodation is within a short walk from the city of Fira which made our stay more comfortable and practical. The place has a Greek “climate” and the family business has a very nice cafe “MAGMA” with a delicious non- diary milk fredo cappuccino ( for those lactose intolerant). In short: GREGORY has EVERYTHING! 👍🙂

Nice stay in Santorini

Nice value for the money in Santorini. A bit of a walk from downtown, street is dark at night. Never had an issue, but felt a bit concerned walking alone. Flip side is that it’s a nice quiet oasis from the crowds. Hotel itself is great. Comfortable clean room and bathroom. Nice pool and dining/sitting area. Staff and management are great - very helpful and accommodating.

Hotels.com ruined my Santorini experience

HOTELS.COM advertised 3 nights at AU$373 but upon checking the payment confirmation they had charged 330euro (AU$530). This completely blew our budget and we would have stayed somewhere else if we were prepared to spend that much. Plastiras Rooms refused to cancel despite us flagging the error to hotels.com immediately. The hotel itself is ok but there are much better places for that price point (bigger pools, nicer locations). Our room was right near the pool so everyone walking passed would look in; the only alternative was to close the door/window and be without any natural light. I will never use Hotels.com again and have told my friends to do the same. Total scam. Customer service is inhuman and cruel.

This is a very nice guesthouse operated by a family. The host is very friendly and helpful. This is not located at Fira center, but within walking distance of approximately 8 to 10 minutes. The guestroom was well equipped and newly renovated in modern style. We enjoyed staying at the outdoor area with the lovely cats. It really worths the price and we would definitely recommend this to visitors, especially with a lower budget.

가성비 정말 좋은 호텔식 민박

렌트카로 찾아가는 길은 쉽지 않았는데, 마침 헤맬 법한 길에서 주인분 야니스 아저씨를 만난 덕에 헤매진 않았어요. (장난끼 많은 동네아저씨같애요) 고급호텔을 연상케하는 객실의 민박 또는 하숙집이예요. 넓고 쾌적한 공간입니다. 이불은 조금 깔끔하지 않았는데 이게 유일한 단점이예요. 산토리니에서 처음맞는 조식은 너무 훌륭해서 아직도 그 맛이 그립네요. 저렴한 가격에 그정도 식사까지 대접받아도 되나 싶을정도로 괜찮았습니다. 숙소부근에 사는 개냥이 모녀가 귀여워서 더욱 머무는 시간이 행복했습니다. 2017년 시즌 마지막 손님이었단 사실이 영광이예요. 번창하세요
