Was even better in person than we could have imagined! The highlight was how attentive the staff was, especially Maria! She is an absolute gem of a human and took care of all of our needs. She gave suggestions for things to do and places to visit and was able to book everything for us. True luxury! The food was also amazing and the room was spotless. Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic little gem. Fabulous staff, excellent service and meals and a very private suite with my own pool with breathtaking views. Perfect location for those who seek privacy away from the crowds. There’s a road but it’s not very busy so didn’t bother me. Get a rental car though to explore the island. I’ll happily return here. It hit the spot. Thanks for everything.

One of the best resorts we have ever stayed at in all our travels around the world. It’s a hidden gem. Only five suites so ultra private. The views from the mountain down to the ocean were out of this world. The private infinity pool and lounge area of the cactus room were huge as if you had your own private backyard! Service, food and cleanliness were 10/10! And Thomas the hotel manager, was beyond helpful!! From prior to our arrival in needing to rent a car last minute to restaurant recommendations and booking us a cruise excursion which was a wonderful way to see the island! Will be back in a heartbeat

I am so glad I chose to stay at Santorini Heights. From start to finish, everything has been absolutely first class. It’s a beautiful place, with its location making it perfect for travellers who just want to get away from it all. Thomas was an absolute star. He took time to give me some tips on where to eat, excursions I might want to go on and made arrangements when I decided to hire a car. (I’d highly recommend you do to get the most out of your trip to Santorini) Breakfast on the terrace every morning was just perfect…and the villa itself was pure luxury. I am packing this morning with a heavy heart and hope to be able to return very soon. A massive thank you to Thomas and the staff at Santorini Heights for an unforgettable holiday…you made my dreams come true.

This hotel was gorgeous! It was so private and luxurious. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the other parts of the island. It was nice to stay somewhere calm away from all the bustling parts of the island. We enjoyed swimming in our private pool by day and then heading over to Fira or Oia around 5 or 6 to shop and have dinner. But the best part of our experience at this hotel was the manager, Thomas. I’ve never had customer service like this and we are regulars at the Four Seasons where they pride themselves on customer service. Thomas took it to another level texting me throughout the day to make sure every need was met. Anytime I requested something it was done within minutes. He had great advice about restaurants and activities and booked everything for us so we didn’t have to stress about anything. And he is just the most delightful friendly guy. We were here with our two teens. I wouldn’t necessarily bring little kids because the hotel is very peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This property is so serene and the manager went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our trip was taken care of. Since this property is away from the main town transportation was always easy to arrange and when we can back to our place it felt like we are retreating back into our sanctuary. Our private plunge pool and our spectacular views were in matched.

Amazing villa at reasonable price compared to the more expensive options in Oia and Fira. Wasn't sure about it being so out of the way at first, you do need a car, but do not regret staying here at all given the quality of the villa. We loved Santorini and it was largely due to staying here...

A hidden gem!

We loved our stay at Santorini Heights! After a couple of nights among the tourist crowd in Oia, it was so nice to escape and really relax with a spectacular vista across the island and all of the Santorini Heights comforts. It is 5 minutes from Pyrgos, which is a lovely town with some nice restaurants, and about 20 minutes from both Fira and beaches. We stayed in the herb suite, which was perfect for the two of us.

This is beautiful little hideaway set up in the sky with a stunning view. You are taken care of by the best people (thanks Thomas! The manager) bringing you gorgeous food and tasty cocktails. This is set a bit far from the hustle, but with transport, you can experience anything and relax in the serene beautiful rooms away from the noise. Thanks to Santorini Heights making this an amazing trip for us!

We stayed at Santorini Heights for 6 nights and it was like a luxurious home away from home. The hotel suite was equipped with everything that we needed, the cleanliness was top shelf, but the best part of the whole stay was Thomas. Thomas truly made our stay amazing. He reached out even before we came to line up our airport transportation and gave us his personal number so he could answer any questions we had and line up activities and a car even before we got there. Thomas is truly the heart of Santorini Heights. I am very picky with where I stay and Santorini heights has everything that you can ask for and more. Thank you so much Thomas!

The ultimate private retreat. We were so glad we didn’t stay in the busy traditional area. We loved being “off the grid” and we were treated like royalty. Tomas was our hotel liaison and he was fantastic. He booked excursions for us, and made reservations at the restaurants we wanted. Our friends stayed in ‘traditional’ cave villas in santorini and they were in awe of our hotel, and how quickly we got reservations at the best restaurant (when their hotel told them it wasn’t possible). The summit villa is the highest hotel room on the island. It was romantic, private, and had the best views of the sunset. When it was foggy one morning, we were literally above the clouds, and it felt like we were in heaven. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We hope to visit again!

First off, this location is in the middle of everything, located on one of the highest points. Finding it was very easy and it had incredible views. The suite itself was beautiful. We stayed in the Cactus suite. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. Everything outside is cleaned daily by the wonderful staff. They also take pride in privacy, so you won’t feel bothered at any time. Now, the greatest part of this, was our host, Thomas. I came to Greece with my girlfriend to propose to her. I was planning on doing it in the beginning of our trip, but a series of bad luck happened that made it impossible. I told Thomas of this issue, and he immediately started to help me plan last minute. He recommended many things and was very considerate of my budget. Mind you, this was all the day before we were arriving in Santorini. He set me up with a deal for a private 5-hour sunset cruise that included swimming, a tour of the island, a dinner, transfer to and from the port, and a sunset experience. The perfect time and place to pop the question. It was absolutely beautiful, and the personal hostess on board along with the captain made it unforgettable. When we arrived back at our hotel, he had set up the room with romantic decorations including rose petals, a cake, champagne, lanterns, candles, and more. Of course, he asked beforehand if he could leave “a little something in the room for us when we return”. I was NOT expecting that. Truly amazing. Best hotel on the island.
