It is a quiet location about a 10 minute bus ride to Fira. Lovely property and very nice rooms. Very helpful staff, and a nice swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay there very much,!

Absolutely lovely stay! Flora was so welcoming and a great host. The room was lovely and the pool was amazing! The hotel was a little bit further away from Thira than I thought but the public buses/ taxis were so easy, it wasn’t a problem. Would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful oasis in Santorini! Lovely landscaping and impressive views of the sea. Comfortable and fun lounge furniture by refreshing pool & jacuzzi. Clean rooms. Balconies are so worth it to enjoy breathtaking views. We watched an unforgettable sunrise. Delicious breakfast offered at a reasonable price to complete your stay.

Flora’s kindness and willness to share detailed Greek cooking tips were the very best part of Santorini. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the view everywhere was exceptional. However, sorry to say, I found Santorini a very greedy island. There are beautiful sunsets everywhere In Greece. I would have liked to see the white, red, and black beaches but transportation around the island is either difficult or cost prohibitive. Walking off the ferry in Paros had an immediately different vibe of friendly, patient, honest people. I suspect the flood of (possibly rude) tourists on the island must be a challenge. Below the intense drive to make big money, the Santorini people seem caring and generous. I hope those qualities can somehow be better expressed to tourists in the future.

We had a very relaxing and memorable stay at Santorini Mesotopos. The property has a peaceful atmosphere and offers a beautiful view of Fira. The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful — she assisted us with logistics, offered thoughtful advice for planning our daily activities, and genuinely cared about making our trip enjoyable. After we left, we realized we had forgotten some belongings at the property. She went out of her way to help us by arranging for a courier to send them to Athens, which we truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini. Just keep in mind that renting a car directly from the airport can be more practical — taxi fares are quite high (e.g., €30 from the airport to the hotel), while a full-day car rental can be as low as €50–€80.

The property was a bit further away from Fira than I realized, but Flora was so amazing and accommodating that it was fine to be a bit away from the action. Flora went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed/wanted and I left feeling like we were family!

Avoid at all costs!

Truly awful experience! Our room, which wasn’t even the economy option, was unclean and included a broken toilet seat, stained & rusty bathroom fixtures, no washing facilities in the kitchenette. Our bed was ridiculously uncomfortable with a huge dip in the mattress. The pillows were like sleeping on concrete. We work up each morning with terrible back and neck pain. Upon trying to make the bed comfier somehow, we uncovered huge stains to the mattress. The breakfast was awful and we cannot believe we had to pay for it. The very small portion included a slice of toast which was stale, a hard boiled egg, small pot of yogurt and some stale tasting cake. The location isn’t ideal, at the lower end of a steep hill. You would need to higher a car to get around. Not worth anymore than €25 a night. We have stayed in much better places here with amazing facilities for half the price so please look for other options.

Hôtel très bien situé, à moins de 5min en quad de Fira, 25min de Oia, et 20min des plages. La vue est splendide, je recommande cet hôtel. La seule déception est le manque de geste commercial, nous n’avons pas pu obtenir remboursement d’une nuit passée à l’aéroport à cause de l’incapacité d’atterrissage dû au vent sur l’île (la raison : notre chambre était réservée, mais ils n’étaient pas complet donc pas trop compris).

Hôtel charmant. Les chambres supérieures sont agréables. La vue de l hôtel est super. Piscine agréable, peu de monde car petit hôtel. Les points à améliorer : literie moyennement confortable, lumière dans la chambre (pas de rideaux occultants - réveil matinal) et une des réceptionnistes à des soucis de communication en anglais Néanmoins, je recommande l hotel - assez bon rapport qualité prix pour santorin Hôtel central pour découvrir l île Moyen de locomotion obligatoire

The receptionist will scam every aspect of your stay. We paid for everything up front, then were hit with additional charges. Two coffees for 14 Euro on our departure day!!! We rented a "buggy" from an outside company and paid them directly, but again the receptionist made every attempt to collect cash prior to our departure - literally prior to our departure - our 20 Euro trip to the port as a courtesy of the hotel was delayed 15 minutes while they tried to extract more money. Her ability to do this may be stemmed from the beds that feel like cots, air conditioning that does not exist (hence the "extra sheet" instead of blanket, pillows that are as hard as a rock, no soap in shower, no water, no common amenities like coffee in the morning (see charge above)...the list is all inclusive. Your desire to leave may allow a temporary lapse in judgment, and their attempt at slerp deprivation may be the crux of their hospitality to squeeze every euro from you. I recommend, find a different place, enjoy an island that is deserving of your full, non-sleep deprived attention. But if you happen to stay here, be-ware of the "money pit" that will ensue.

El hotel está bien y es tranquilo. Son muy agradables y atentos. Desayuno de pago recomendable. Quizás el problema es que está algo alejado de Fira y se necesita algún medio de transporte para cualquier cosa, se puede alquilar en el hotel sin problema. Así mismo, aconsejo organizar las excursiones que quieras hacer, por Internet o en la misma Fira.

This hotel was our 4/6. It was absolutely beautiful, clean and very modern. We were given an upgraded room as it was available with a small charge.The staff were nice, easy to approach. Breakfast was not included in the amenities, which I believe should. You were paying 7 euros for breakfast. Unfortunately, they did not always provide enough options as to how to get around in santorini. They’d always say taxi, rent a car or atv. Limited knowledge of the bus system or schedule. The prices for the taxi were expensive, it was always the same taxi person. For this hotel to be better, they need to provide, less charges for breakfast, pick up from the airport was 20 euros and taxi fees were 30 euros which is beyond expensive. The staff lacked relating to the expense of the taxi rides. It’s a great hotel, requires minor tweaks for tourists who want to move around and not for a price that is expensive.

Da ich nur wenige Stunden vor Ort war, habe ich auch nur das zugewiesene Zimmer von innen gesehen. Je geräumiger das zugewiesene Zimmer war um so kleiner war das Bad. Zimmer sauber, Nasszelle schien irgendwie vergessen worden zu sein.

Amazing service!

What amazing service! The receptionist changed our hotel room from an "economy" to "junior suite" because she found it it was my birthday. So sweet! She also got us a good rate on an ATV, which was the best idea yet...since uber/taxi would have cost us an arm and a leg. I would recommend this place for its hospitality, pool, view and the sexy neighbors next door ;-). Until next time!
