We had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful, clean, and private. Theodora is incredible and made our stay everything we would have wanted. She made us feel completely at home and helped us with anything we needed - from car rentals and arranging transportation and providing recommendations to making us excellent coffee each morning. We already miss Santorini (especially Theodora)!

Nice hotel with good seaview!

Nice hotel with good views of the Caldera. 10 minutes away from the hotel and Fira. You will need a car to stay here. Service is great and quiet and away from the busy towns of Fira and Oia but a short driving distance.

Amazing resort and even more amazing staff

I can't rave enough about this resort! The room and grounds were spotless and absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast and coffee were delicious too. But the highlight of our stay was Theodora—she went above and beyond to help us. Her recommendations for restaurants and tours were spot-on, making our trip even better.

We loved our stay at Santorini Villas and we definitely recommend it to other visitors! It’s in a quiet area (for those who prefer a quiet place), it’s beautiful, clean. Our room overlooked the sea and we watched a beautiful sunrise. The pool was great, not crowded when we came in, very enjoyable. Very friendly staff, Theodora was amazing and very knowledgeable about visiting Santorini. Great place to stay!

I had such an amazing time here. The people were so welcoming. They remembered our coffee orders and made it for us every day. They gave us fresh fruit without asking. Our stay at Santorini Villas was incredible, the place is very well kept, the rooms are beautiful, and the facilities are gorgeous. A little difficult to get to Fira from; so would definitely recommend an ATV or car rental. Our stay truly wouldn’t have been what it was without Theodora. She is an incredible host and human. She was extremely kind, thoughtful, helpful, generous, and very fun to talk to and hang out with. She is an absolute star of a host and she deserves a ton of praise for her efforts. The stay was beautiful and quiet! I was going to make a joke about not remembering her name but Theodora who works at the hotel is one of the best people you will ever meet! I don’t know how much they pay her but i think she deserves a raise! Definitely will be going back. I already miss the views, the room and all the cats. Beware if you drive too fast on a scooter through the town the dogs might come for your ankles lol.

The room was gorgeous, although we did have some issues with a slow show drain. The staff were the absolute best, and took great care of us, from make coffee in the morning to helping us arrange a rental car. The pool and view were fantastic, and very loved being in Vourvoulos, which was much quieter and more peaceful than Fira or Oia. We hope to return here again soon!

1000000000/10 oh my god - one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to! Theodora is the best! From booking the hotel until we checked out - she’s been so lovely! And she upgraded our room to a really nice suite with a hot tub. Can’t wait to go back to Santorini and stay in Santorini Villas again!!! You will have the nicest view of the sunrise as well! They have private parking for guests and place was really quiet and peaceful.
