Staff really nice and helpful, close to Fira town. Volcano and sea view faces the road, if you are light sleeper book different room options. Views are amazing . Breakfast plenty options even for picky eaters. Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very nice and had lovely sunset views. The pool area was very good. The breakfast was good and if you asked they would make you omelettes. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The location is great 8 mins into Fira. I would stay here again

This hotel is wonderful. The staff are attentive and friendly. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Fira, where you will find lots of restaurants and bars. It is the perfect location, with great views and perfect sunsets. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very nice, I forgot a earring and realized after i was at airport, i asked them to please look for it and send with taxi, they didn’t found it at first i explained to them where I left and the process to send to me with a taxi which i appreciate so much cause i didn’t want to deal with international shipping and it was a valuable earring. The hotel was super clean and food was good as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable rooms and a lovely atmosphere. The location was perfect, and the views were simply breathtaking. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel at home. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and honestly didn’t want to leave. This is a hotel I would happily return to and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable experience

It is bit of a walk for elders to walk into Fira town and can be windy. We did that many times and it was pleasant. The hotel has good layout and each room has an outdoor porch to give your outdoor privacy. They serve healthy breakfast with fresh fruits. My only issue is the hotel Fragrance used in the lobby. It is too intense. Owner should consider changing.

Christina at reception was excellent. She provided some good suggestions on seeing the area. She set up a private tour and our guide mentioned that you should not drink the water in Santorini. We did not know that in spite of watching many travel videos and reading many articles about the island. We were shocked that no one at the hotel told us not to drink the water and that there are no posted warnings. In our bathroom there were two glasses by the sink but no warning not to drink the water. We are fairly seasoned travelers and, while this was our first trip to Greece, we would have thought we’d have heard you can’t drink the water!

Absolutely wonderful staff from the moment we checked in. Incredible service. Excellent location, easy walk to Fora but far enough away from the worst of the crowds and cruise visitors. Lovely breakfast. But it’s the staff and their exceptional service that makes it a perfect choice

Excellent hotel. The room had all the amenities required (including good A/C) and the hotel facilities absolutely hit the mark. Breakfast was a good and changing selection day to day. Whilst there was a good number of other people staying at the hotel from what could be seen around the pool and at breakfast, it didn’t feel busy or rushed at any point. The distance into Fira was perfect for being able to easily see sights and visit attractions. Very friendly staff who definitely added to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. I would stay here again and have recommended to wider family and friends.

It has own pool, gim, sona. Wery tidy rooms, staff very helpful also cleaners are doing their job properly. Nice bar, free first meal in the restaurant and variety breakfast menu free every morning. Close to the Santorini centre. Thanks to all staff

Great location. Only a ~10 min walk from Fira's "center" for shopping/eating. Benefit of having privacy, avoiding tourists constantly walking by if you book a room on the cliffs.

The resort like hotel is right on the sea front with volcano view, big rooms and bathroom, balcony, staff was excellent especially Christina and then the breakfast was good with fresh eggs to order and the staff there was very efficient and courteous. They extended our check out till 2.30 and didn't charge extra...the gym and games rooms were nice too...overall a great place to stay very close to Fira and I would love to go back there ..10 out of 10...

Hotel is well located. 10 min walking distance from Fira city center. Hotel has a nice pool but we initially were in a room with volcano view and it was very noisy. Rooms definitely need a refresh. But beds were comfortable. We asked to change to a sea view and it wasn’t as noisy.

They served a welcome refreshment during checkin. Staff was friendly and baggage was delivered to room while we completed our checkin. A tour of the facilities before heading to our room too! Breakfast was spectacular- plenty of options - bountiful buffet and you could order omelets. Coffee or Cappuccinos made to your liking. Nice pool with bar for the afternoons. They can assist with transportation if needed too.
