Cons- Convenient central location, walkable and closed to many sights.
Pros - However, it is not 5* hotel, room is extremely small (we have deluxe double room); for 2 people there was only one chair and a very small desk; No space to keep your clothes. We stayed 6 nights and it was very uncomfortable to walk around our luggage suites as there is no space to place the luggage as well. I would rate this hotel as 3-3.5* the most.

Áurea Museum has a very convenient location at the Alfama close to Cathedral, Praça de Comércio and Sao Jorge Castle. It is very quiet at night, staff provides excellent service

"Casa Bem Haja is lovely, quirky, bijou!! The small space is used very well, although I have to admit, I wouldn't have liked to squeeze the maximum 6 people in there (we were 4)! Jorge was very helpful and responded quickly to communication. Would definitely return if we hadn't just bought a house ..."
