"Very clean place round, some rooms with small balconies, ground bar and roof top bar and small pool (bar limited hours in March). 5 - 10 minutes walk down to quay side and ferries to outlying islands. Hotel staff could not have been more helpful. Good breakfast for €12pp, hot and cold food, three courses set you up for the day. Good value as well. Highly recommended "

"I came here for a relaxing long weekend and was not disappointed. It was my second stay, and the staff were helpful and friendly, the food was delicious. The hotel was nice and quiet and there was lots of space around the pool. "

"We stayed in this beautiful villa for 12 days . From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the peaceful atmosphere, and modern elegance of the property. We experienced an electrical issue, rectified within a few hours . Pool and property cleaned during our stay and we were furnished with clean towels and bed linen. Roads to Villa were a little troublesome and the driveway is rather steep . Great views from the top. Highlight is the pool , pristine generously sized , surrounded by lovely terrace area perfect for relaxing in the sun , felt like a private oasis . Comfortable and tranquil ."

"We had very easy communications with our host from the first booking onward. He always expressed willingness to accommodate any of our requests or requirements. On arrival we were met and introduced to all aspects of the property and were able to stay in contact with the manager should any questions arise.We were very happy inside the home - with comfortable and spacious accommodation for all 10 of us. And we especially enjoyed all the outdoor facilities and games."

"The house was furnished in a traditional style, but very clean.reason for overall 4 stars is just because there were some small things that could have been improved very simply.some of the kitchen utensils were old/broken.The outdoor seating area needed better lighting (strip florescent light)no light by barbecue, making evening barbecuing difficultdownstairs shower room/w/c needed some attention to drainage smell - I think because that shower room is never used as a shower, just a w/c, so probably has stagnant waterOne of the pool parasols was unusable"

"Villa lovely in a extremely rural area. Villa in appearance is very tired and needs updating, and a good clean.Driveway difficult to get up in a family vehicle. Pool light is broken, only one light working and we had to ask for that to be enabled so we could put it on. We did pay extra for the pool to be heated. Pool umbrella is broken so you cannot sit and watch kiddies without sun burning. Sunbeds mostly broken, and graveyard in backyard previously broken sunbeds.I didn't mind paying extra for luxury items like pool heating, but I do mind paying for sheets and bed linen, which is an essential. Be prepared for eveything to be at an extra cost, at a high rate. The aircon at the moment is 150euros a week, I didn't mind a charge but that is far too expensive!, as we would have only used it in the evenings. Hot tub use was an extra, but not needed. Most annoying thing was the gate, only one entry clicker, we were a family with 2 cars so had to wait up at night to open and shut gate for last person to come home. The maintenance man who lived on property (under our bedroom) was supposed leave gate open for us to close when last person returned, but he kept closing the gates.Wifi worked in house, kitchen all good. Washing machine & dish washer worked well, and the BBQ was lovely. Expensive holiday villa, didn't really get what we expected. Allow extra 500euros for bed linen and pool heating, that does not include for air con."

"Lovely villa a short drive from the airport and Olhao. Met by Suzana despite it being almost midnight when we arrived. She is so nice and helpful and not at all intrusive. As others have said the pool is huge and so refreshing with good quality sunbeds and you can sunbathe in privacy. The villa has everything you would need, very well stocked and the rooms are a good size and with air conditioning in the bedrooms. We have stayed in villas for about 20 years and this is up there with the best."
