Room was comfortable and always cleaned. Towels and toiletries were provided daily. Staff was always available and willing to assist. Great air conditioner. Breakfast very nice as well.

A practical hotel at a very good price

A very modern and nice hotel iwth great breakfast and even better breakfast hours: til 10.30 weekdays and 12.00 weekends. A little complicated with the key card one need to be able to enter the hotel and the breakfast area, but one gets used to it. As in most places in Brazil it is poorly insulated so the street noise and people talking in the corridors might be disturbing but no probs for us.

The hotel is very well kept and clean. They also offer great breakfast buffet. Hotel maids are very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that in order to get in and out of the breakfast area and in and out of the hotel, there is a need for the room key. Unfortunately this was not explained during the check in. It was a little inconvenience the first time we went down for breakfast but after understanding how it worked we did not have any issues. I would stay here again.

Boa estadia

Foi uma boa estadia de segunda-feira a quarta-feira. Acredito que com o hotel cheio o elevador não dê conta. Um bom café da manhã e internet razoável.

Sempre busco me hospedar neste hotel quando viajo para São Paulo além da ótima localização o tratamento recebido é diferenciado . Quarto desta vez me surpreendeu , ainda mais pelo banheiro amplo com chuveiro tipo ducha . Limpeza altamente eficiente . Funcionários muito atenciosos e dispostos ajudar desde a recepção , pessoal da limpeza dos quartos e da alimentação. Café da manhã com ampla variedade e muito gostoso .

Daria nota máxima, mas peca nos detalhes. Sinal digital de TV as vezes ruim. Não tem itens no frigobar e faltou água para conorar no saguão do Hotel.

Muito barulho e paredes finas.

Quartos com paredes muito finas e havia uma espécie de excursão. O grupo não respeitava horário e nem silêncio. Mais de meia noite e desciam escadas, passam rindo alto em frente à porta. Havia uma placa de silêncio no corredor não respeitada. Ao ponto de meia noite e trinta eu abrir a porta e pedir silêncio. Às 6 da manhã, tudo de novo. Enfim, não dormi. Experiência péssima.

Achei muito agradável, o hotel vende um serviço muito compatível ao que eu paguei, nada extraordinário, mas sim o básico muito bem feito, algo que hoje em dia é muito valorizado, o quarto bem arrumado, chuveiro quente, cama confortável, café da manhã OK, localização maravilhosa, etc...

Estadia num geral foi boa. Fui para um curso, mas fui com meu marido. Boa localização, café da manhã muito bom, limpeza e organização do quarto muito boa, e quarto espaçoso e confortável. Todavia, tratamento da recepção complicado, parecia que estava que fazendo favor (apenas um que foi simpático todas as vezes que encontramos). Não conte com check in antecipado, uma má vontade para resolver... Tirando esse incômodo quando chegamos, o resto não temos o que reclamar.

O Hotel é uma escolha segura e com preço ainda razoável em São Paulo. A Localização é boa e o Café da Manhã muito bom. Necessita de reformas, principalmente para amenizar os barulhos e ruídos externos, principalmente sons vindo da rua, portas dos outros quartos sendo abertas/fechadas e o som que o elevador emite (aviso de chegada ao andar).
