RUDE STAFF! BAD WIFI!! Very disappointed with this hotel! I was really looking forward to coming here, but for the price I paid, I could have found a much cheaper hotel with better service! First of all, check-in took over 15 minutes! The receptionist was very cold and didn't make me feel welcome at all! No smile, he seemed annoyed that I was there! The room is extremely tiny and the Wi-Fi is incredibly weak! Impossible to work! I was disconnected every 20 minutes!!! The area is very dangerous at night, be careful! Also they ask you 20BRL per item to keep your luggages (even for a small backpack that you can put over your suitcase)! Breakfast was okay.

Elevadores insuficientes para a demanda, e para piorar, um quebrou.... Comum passar 12 a 15 minutos aguadando. Rua em obras, nem taxi nem uber vão até a frente do hotel, para-se na esquina e a pessoa tem que ir caminhando, por duas vezes, um funcionário do hotel abril a porta do meu quarto e pediu desculpas dizendo que entrou errado, segurança zero. Já me hospedei em outros hoteis da rede B&B que foram ok, mas este em específico não indico a ningém.

bom dia, como o Hotel é grande tem 3 elevadores mas só 2 funciona, e detalhe ano passado fiquei 1 semana la e a mesma situação. um dos dias nesta ultima hospedagem de agora tive que descer de escada. pois um dos elevadores (dos 2 que funciona) na hora de pico estava travado por conta do pessoal do hotel da parte de limpeza eu acho, absurdo isso, quase 15 min para receber um elevador. sempre vamos a SP, mas talvez na proxima iremos testar outro ambiente.

Hotel com ótima localização. A rua que dá acesso ao hotel está interditada por obras da prefeitura, então é necessário entrar pela contramão. Café da manhã muito bom, embora no segundo dia senti falta do mamão, que pra mim é uma fruta que precisa ter todos os dias. Tem opção de jantar honesta no restaurante do hotel por um valor justo. O quarto e banheiro são grandes. Tivemos problema com a descarga no primeiro uso e prontamente trocaram o quarto, porém 15 minutos depois colocaram outros hóspedes no mesmo apartamento e fomos surpreendidos por essas pessoas entrando no quarto. A recepção alegou falha no sistema e providenciou outro apartamento pra eles. Mesmo com esse inconveniente, voltaria a me hospedar no hotel, que tem um bom custo-benefício.

Quarta vez que fico neste hotel Todas as vezes fui muito bem atendido A estação da Luz fica praticamente em frente do Hotel. Da ultima vez a rua esta em obra mas nada que tirou o charme do hotel.
