The bed needs a new mattress. And the office chair was broken. The mattress is worn out on both sides and only good still in the very middle. Not the hotel is very nice and well located.

Good value and great location. Front desk accommodated my early check-in. On the downside, one of door locks was broken, in room safe battery low and did not work and hot water was very slow in coming for the first shower and non-existent the second morning before check out.

Quarto com acústica péssima, tinha uma porta que dava para outro quarto e dava para ouvir tudo. A ultima noite não consegui dormir por conta do barulho e depois de um dia longo e cansativo. Deveriam pensar antes de acomodarem alguns hospedes nesse tipo quarto.

Ficamos de quinta a domingo hospedados , estávamos em um grupo de 8 pessoas, dentre elas 3 crianças (2,3 e 10anos). Quartos bons, tamanho legal e cama confortável , banheiro bom e com ducha boa. A localização do hotel é excelente , a noite saímos para jantar a pé com as crianças , restaurantes excelentes na proximidade e a estação de metrô bem em frente, o que facilitou muito a nossa ida ao centro (25 de março). Adorei e com ctz voltarei !!

Nao gostei do hotel , banheiro estava com mal cheiro Saindo pelo ralo , torneira do banheiro quebrada , elevadores barulhentos que chegava a dar dor no ouvido , academia minuscula , piscina nao era climatizada entao nao aproveitamos nem a piscina , cafe da manha fraco demais resumundo naonvolto mais nesse hotel e nem recomendo

Com uma bebe de 8 meses e outra de 2 anos, chegamos no quarto e não foi colocado berço. Queriam cobrar taxa extra, mesmo estando descrito que era incluso na reserva. Depois de insistir; instalaram 1 berço apenas. Ao retornar do jantar, vimos que seguia faltando lugar pra uma das crianças dormir. Cobramos novamente, e por fim colocaram um colchão no chão.
