Noite hororosa

O local estava com cheiro de Sândalo apenas para camuflar a sujeira. O banheiro não tinha porta. Não tinha Box. Os lençóis furtados de cigarro… os travesseiros absurdamente duros. O café estava frio e veio um misto quente de lancheira, seco e frio. A atendente estava há mais plantões que deveria, não permitindo que atendesse com maior cuidado. As paredes mofadas e o barulho de um gerador a noite toda. O frigobar estava desligado. A porta não tinha segurança, pois aparentemente estava arrombada e “arrumaram” bem mal. Tivemos que pedir itens básicos como papel higiênico e coberta, pois não tinha no quarto. Foi um terror.

Não recomendo

Muito barulho dos outros quarto, durante a noite nos ligaram falando que nossa diária tinha acabado, sendo que reservamos 2 dias e meia , falta de comunicação entre eles, o banheiro não tinha lixeira nem tapete de chão, não tinha box a água escoava para a pia o banheiro ficava todo molhado, porcelanato liso, o ar-condicionado não ligava e não tinha quarto disponível para trocar.

Não voltaria

Chegamos , e apesar de já termos reservas desde as 14 que seria o check in , tivemos que esperar um quarto esvaziar , isso que chegamos às 18 (não entendi o por que ), e fora isso logo quando entramos percebemos que a maçaneta do quarto estava quebrada , pedimos outro quarto e não nos deram atenção !

Péssima experiência.

Estrutura ruim do lugar , atendimento dos funcionarios péssimo, onde ja se viu sair ( para jantar) durante a estadia do hotel e nao poder levar sua chave do quarto junto a você?. Fomos obrigados a deixar na recepção ( o que gera desconforto e insegurança, pois todos os pertences importantes ficaram no quarto) Pessoas nao indeficadas andando pelas estruturas do hotel. Funcionarios sem identificação nenhuma, mal apresentados. Quartos com cheiro muito forte de cirrago. Cafe da manhã péssimo, mal servido e voce nao pode escolher ou referir os alimentos que é alérgico. Fora o barulho do lado de fora do quarto incomodando em altas horas da noite ( barulho feito pelos proprios funcionários). Funcionarios falando com ironia com o hóspedes. Me senti muito mal, nao escolheria denovo.
