Here’s a professional but clearly negative review you could use: Unfortunately, my experience at this property was disappointing. The room was not as clean as expected, and the overall maintenance of the hotel seemed below standard. The staff was very responsive when issues were raised. The breakfast options were limited. The location may work for some travellers, but overall the service and quality did not meet expectations. I hope improvements are made in the future.

Minha primeira vez no ibis paulista consolacao. Muito boa experiência. Quarto limpo e confortavel. Vista para a cidade admiravel. Cafe da manha bom. Facilidade de comercio . Facilodade de check in e check out. Cheguei 12:00 e por sorte consegui liberacao do quarto. Me ajudou bastante. Melgor do que esperar ate as 15:00 h. Por essas facilidades pretendo voltar mais vezes. Amei
