MODERN AND VIBRANT 2 BLOCKS FROM Av PAULISTA

Spacious and ventilated 1 bedroom apartment located in a bohemian region of São Paulo, just 2 blocks from Paulista Avenue and Consolação subway st.

With a design that enhances natural light throughout the apartment, but keeping all the coziness your home away from home.

All rooms in this apartment are extremely charming. From the vibrant colors of the living room to the large kitchen, they bring a special touch to the apartment.

The gourmet kitchen is complete having an oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, dishwasher and washing machine. In addition to complete kitchen utensils.

The bedroom has a very comfortable bed and smart TV and is connected to the bathroom.

The maximum capacity is 4 people, as the double sofa bed in the living room accommodates up to 2 adults.

*please note that there are currently no curtains in the living room but they will soon be installed.

Av Paulista is just two blocks away, which in itself says it all in terms of location: it's perfect. In addition, it has easy access to the subway, bus lines and it is possible to reach both the center and Jardins and Higienópolis districts with a short walk.
