The hotel is in a good location. The room was tiny, with the sink in the main room rather than the bathroom. The food at breakfast was pretty mediocre compared to the food at all the other hotels we'd stayed at.

Ministry in Sao Paulo

I was in São Paulo for a few days of ministry and meetings and wanted a room in a central location. It is a bustling area with convenient access to transportation and food. I walked around a couple of times. It is a busy business hotel, but the room is very small, although very clean. The breakfast is very basic as well. Considering the price, well, we are in São Paulo. No complaints.

El hotel esta perfecto. Al lado norte de la ciudad con acceso fácil al metro. La distancia a los dos aeropuertos es similar en tiempo. El personal es muy amable, el desayuno completo y los cuartos chicos pero no les falta nada.

Um único problema, porém um grande inconveniente.

A experiência no geral foi muito boa mesmo, a única coisa que me foi desconfortável e um inconveniente foi uma questão do quarto 301 em que fiquei quanto ao chuveiro. O chuveiro não possuía box, apenas uma cortina que não ia até o chão e um dos lados do chuveiro ficava aberto em direção a pia. Isso não só deixava o ar gelado do ar condicionado entrar enquanto tomava banho, como deixou o chão do banheiro muito encharcado todas as vezes em que tomei banho. Além de um risco de escorregar, para ir escovar os dentes ou lavar as mãos após tomar banho, a área mais molhada do chão era exatamente a pia. Isso poderia ser facilmente resolvido ou com um box, ou de forma mais barata com uma cortina em L com uma haste vertical suportando a curva do L trocando a cortina por uma que vá até o chão com uma certa folga, de forma que respingos de água não saiam da área do box.

Ramada caiu no meu conceito.

Hotel muito caro para o valor cobrado. Quarto super pequeno, pia fora do banheiro, café da manha com poucas opções, uma água de 500ml 15,00. Não recomendo devido ao fato de me sentir explorado nesse hotel. Estacionamento pago a parte, se não me engano era R$ 30,00 por dia.

Hotel já foi melhor! Check-in muito tumultuado e com apenas 1 atendente que demora. Toalhas de banho pelo menos a que estava no meu apartamento já passou da hora de trocar (parece aqueles antigos sacos de arroz). Mesmo solicitando na recepção não tinham um travesseiro adicional; a um tempo atrás usavam um tipo de "edredom" que trocavam a capa, agora estão apenas com uma simples manta. O que vale a pena é o preço, mas pela localização não me importaria de pagar um pouco a mais para ter conforto!

Péssimo experiência de estadia neste hotel, quarto super pequeno, de tão pequeno que a pina de 40cmx40cm fica em um canto do quarto. Acho que tem melhores opções na região, o Nome Ramada Encore neste caso não é referencia de uma bom hotel, mas de um hotel simples.
