Properties well kept, clean and staff are very accommodating. Very walkable to Paulista Avenue. The WiFi was at times not reliable but overall a great place to stay.
The hotel is in a very good position in relation to Av Paulista. Not too many staff are conversant in English, however they were friendly and polite. Room was very compact with little space to manoeuvre.
This was a pleasant hotel with excellent service and excellent breakfast. It's not the intercontinental, but it's also less than half the price. It's feeling a bit old, but it's very clean and bright.
As a business traveler from the US. I found it convenient to Paulista, and there were plenty of eating options nearby.
If walking, plan to do it during the day only. Take a cab or walk in groups at night. This is not a specific problem of the hotel. The whole Paulista area gets seedier and less safe at night. Whether this hotel or a 5* hotel you'll experience the same on these streets at night.
It's a good affordable option to stay within a few minute walk from Paulista. Check-in was smooth, I arrived to Sao Paulo early in the morning and I was able to store my bags with the reception desk until my room was ready at 2pm. Lobby area is pretty small, with minimal air conditioning which was a surprise. The gym is very small, jacuzzi tub was not operational, not sure about the sauna. The photos of rooms and facilities on booking sites were a bit misleading in respect to sizes of the rooms, amenities, and lobby. Overall a decent option to stay in a convenient location.
This hotel is really good value located in a beautiful part of the city. Staff was excellent. I left some items behind and they held it for me for almost a week. Definitely going to stay here on my next trip.
Well my friend was with me they charged me extra for him, it’s a queen bed and I didn’t know when he’d be there but they charged me . And these folks are very stingy with the towels maybe it’s customary there but that was strange.
And lastly there are 2 international airports with in 40 min of this place you’d think they have some kind of policy for people who get there at 1 am they should be able to check in,
The staff was nice and the one guy who spoke English was a absolute delight he always had a smile
There was a pipe burst casing water damge everywhere

Terrible experience
The staff was very rude particularly one (Luis) with glasses at the front desk. The room had many ants crawling, we reported to the cleansing staff nothing was done. The washroom toilet had problem with flushing and no air circulation in the hotel room. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Great location and free breakfast buffet.
Negatives are that the hallway had fresh paint the day we arrived (smelled terribly!) and the staff was initially reluctant to change our room although they eventually did. Also the water went out for half a day, and the cleaning staff wasn’t great - failed to replace our soap and toilet paper, and there was a pee stain on the toilet seat from previous guests.
Would stay elsewhere for this hotels of this price range.

The Royal Jardins is located in an excellent area in São Paulo. The hotel function s more like an aparthotel. The common areas are fine, including the restaurant. Breakfast was nice, although a bit repetitive. The room was a disappointment: the toilet didn’t function appropriately. The linens and towels looked worn out and feel overused. The have to do a facelift!

The staff were pleasant, location was excellent, and the quality of the room was commensurate with the price. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I also appreciate that they facilitated an early check-in.
Cons: I don't know if I needed to request it, but housekeeping did not come to my room during my short visit. Also, I could hear conversations and doors closing in the hallway. It would have been annoying if I spent a lot of time in my room.
Overall, positive experience and I would book again.
