Nice cost-benefit stay in São Paulo

Good cost-value option. Well-located, clean, breakfast was a plus-side. Recepcionist Gabriel was really kind, the free during breakfast as well. Paid parking is a down-size, but that’s ok.

There were multiple maintenance issues that were not taking care of. It was kind of like staying at an old super 8 in United States or canada. But for $150 a night it just seemed like it wasn't worth it. The AC was not turned on before we entered the room. And it took a few hours for it to work. They photocopied all our passports which was a little strange. Door handles were loose or missing. Maybe if we paid $40 it would have a higher rating. It was clean but kind of grimy. The buffet however was good,

O hotel poderia ser mais arrumado, não gostei de não poder ligar o ar condicionado, vir de um local frio e chegar em São Paulo e não poder ligar o ar-condicionado, não foi bom. As camas não tinha lençóis internos com elásticos, para àqueles que se mexem muito ficar em contato direto com o colchão. O banheiro os ajuntamentos das paredes de azulejos estavam bem sujos, acredito que possam ter um melhor cuidado nessa parte para acolher as pessoas, já que pagamos pela estadia e a mesma não é tão em conta. O café da manhã foi bom e com bastante diversidade. Como havia bastante pessoas da família, e em andares diferentes, gostaria de poder transitar entre os andares sem problemas, porém isso não foi possível, então àqueles que estavam em andar diferente só podiam se ver no saguão, ou se quisessem subir e descer as escadas. Minha reserva tinha sido feita para 3 pessoas, e ao chegar não sei o que aconteceu a reserva era para um quarto com 2 pessoas, escolhi esse hotel justamente por me dar a opção de escolher um quarto que acomodasse a mim, meu esposo e nosso filho com autismo e quando fiz a reserva coloquei 3 pessoas. Isso foi resolvido na chegada, porém não deixa de ser uma dor de cabeça quando você diz que fez a reserva para 3 pessoas e a mesma consta apenas 2. Estar com uma grande parte da família reunida neste local, foi excelente, não tem como explicar. Porém essa estadia poderia ter sido muito melhor.

O hotel precisa de uma reforma. Os banheiros não tem ducha higiênica, nem local para colocar sabonete no box. O quarto tinha uma porta para um outro quarto, os hospedes desse outro quarto falavam muito alto durante a noite e se escutava no quarto que estávamos. O café da manhã é muito bom!

Um pesadelo de hotel! Reservamos para dormir algumas horas pois tínhamos uma escala em SP com troca de aeroporto mas foi a pior escolha que já fizemos! Chegamos por volta de 23h; após tomar banho, minha esposa foi usar o secador de cabelos e ele literalmente explodiu na mão dela pois a fiação estava derretida e o curto derrubou a energia do quarto! Mesmo religando o disjuntor, a energia não foi retomada. Ao descer na recepção, me informaram que todos os quartos estavam ocupados, que não havia nenhum funcionário do setor de manutenção (não fica ninguém de plantão) e que o gerente estaria em serviço somente a partir das 7h, quando já estaríamos decolando para nosso destino. Resumo: ficamos sem energia, sem ar-condicionado e sem apoio do hotel.

Quando chegamos parecia ser um ótimo hotel, mas algumas coisas deixaram a desejar. Faltou uma toalha de banho, e o hotel não tinha serviço de quarto para entregar a toalha, tive que ir a recepção para pegar. No dia seguinte, quando fomos tomar banho, outro problema, faltou de água fria no quarto tanto para banho quanto para o vaso sanitário. Só havia a água quente, que era impossível tomar banho. Liguei para a recepção e só falaram que ia avisar a manutenção. Fui embora do hotel e o problema não houve solução. Descaso com o hóspede.

O quarto e o café da manhã eram simples, mas bons, de acordo com o que o próprio anúncio do hotel promete. O ponto a melhorar é o chuveiro, que além de ter pouca pressão a temperatura da água ficava oscilando entre quente e frio.
