I chose this hotel on it location and reviews,the good,breakfast included in price was top notch,wery good,employee Richard on day shift was wery helpful,the rest of the staff so so, taxi cost from airport R175 but from hotel to airport R200! there is no ATM,no travel office on premise,so I cannot recommend this hotel,we stayed 5 nights in March

This is my go-to hotel in São Paulo. Everything you could want is within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. The hotel itself is excellent with a great included breakfast, comfortable rooms, and great staff. On inquiring about checkout time I mentioned that I had a late flight later that day. They gave me until 14:00 instead of 12:00 free of charge and kept my bag safe until I was ready to leave at 16:00. I will be back.

Great stay
Overall, this was a great stay while visiting Brazil. I felt safe in the area, lots of food choices and shopping around, close to bars, clubs and museums. Only thing I didn’t like is the room was out dated and needed a few fix ups but a 4 star hotel our the country won’t compare to a 4 star in the United States so I was content and still enjoyed.

Great location. Professional staff. Welcoming at front desk. Complete breakfast. Booked for an additional 2 nights. Would definitely recommend. Only drawback, Book your City Tour online… the recommendation from the hotel was certainly not to the level of expectations… And the front desk realized it when the guide showed up to pick us up.

Luís Carlos was extremely helpful during our Check-in. Free breakfast is as good as it gets. Great shower and bathroom, comfortable bed. Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely will stay here again.

Hotel 3,5 stars, well situated in Sao Paulo
In general I was satisfied with my stay; the hotel has a good location close to Av Paulista. I had a problem witht he A/C (inverted), which could not heat the room; this was the only heat source, but was stoping 3 min after turning on; the technician came, but did not solve it. Breakfast: OK, but fruit should be more fresh. Special good remarks for attention from the Reception personnel: Francisco and Luiz Carlos: helpful.

The staff at the front desk were excellent and helpful various times! Seriously, I stayed here for over two weeks and I think I had interacted in some way with all of them and every time they were excellent. The only complaint I had was that at times the street right outside my room wasn't too quiet but that's of no fault of the staff. Wonderful place to stay.

Enjoyed my stay, few things that bothered me though, there was construction going on when I arrived, but it stopped shortly after. The other thing is that the desk chair was terribly stained and worn filthy looking, needs to be replaced with a new chair. Pillows on the bed could be of a better quality and thicker. Other than that, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is perfectly located off Av. Paulista and the are is safe and walkable. I would definitely stay there again.

The costumer service was great, the area is close to everything especially to Main Street Rua Paulista and shopping centers. Staff is great they don’t bother you for anything and the restaurant os pretty good. The only thing I didn’t like was the carpet on the hallways, needs to be replaced.

First the shower pressure in my room was bad. Breakfast was good and plenty. Now dinner and I ate 3 dinners at the restaurant was BAD. On my first day I was returning to the hotel was not paying attention and I tripped and fell HARD. There is a about a 4" ledge at the door entrance that unless you are actually paying full attention and looking anyone can trip and fall. Bruised, scraped and cut my left knee. Was in a lot of pain throughout my business trip that is why I ate 3 nights at the hotel because I did not want to walk anywhere.
