Quando chegamos no hotel nos passaram o número do quarto e quando entramos, estava sujo e com produtos de limpeza dentro, baldes e vassoura. Aí tivemos que realocar para outro quarto limpo. Na primeira noite as 3 da manhã todas as luzes do quarto se acenderam e a cortina na janela se abriu, eu levei um susto enorme, no dia seguinte aconteceu a mesma coisa a 1 da manhã. A fechadura emitia sons. No terceiro dia a privada do banheiro estava entupida.

Experiência terrível desde o checkin. O checkin só começa 19h, porém não avisam isso com clareza quando da reserva. Fui obrigado a comprar duas horas extras para entrar às 17h. Não limparam meu quarto (apesar de eu indicar que estava disponível para limpeza). O quarto é absurdamente barulhento, inclusive de madrugada, pois tudo que acontece na rua pode ser ouvido. No dia do checkout, a automação não funcionou, as luzes não acendiam e a persiana não abria, o que me obrigou a me arrumar no escuro. O café da manhã se resume a pães esquentados no microondas. Não há sequer uma fruta ou suco natural.
