A pousada precisa urgentemente de uma manutenção. Escada da oiscina quebrada. Eles não trocam roupa de banho e cama, sugiro cada um levar a sua. Localização muito boa; perto da praia, padaria, mercado e bar santo gole.

Chalé duplex confortável mas precisa de alguns cuidados como limpeza geral , ar Condiconado de um dos quartos estava quebrado e não tem ar Condiconado na sala . Tv sem tv a cabo , péssimas opções de canais . Piscina boa e localização muito boa também .

Ótima localização porém limitado
Localização muito boa, no quarteirão do Santo Gole, poucos passos do Beco da Mulher Maravilha, poucos passos da entrada 9 da praia de Maresias, próximo dos melhores restaurantes: Skina Bar, Badauê etc... realmente muito bem locaizado. Porém não realizam limpeza nos quartos. As acomodações são duplex, o quarto fica no andar superior; cozinha, sala e banheiro no inferior, então cuide-se para não usar banheiro de noite, são uns 12 lances de escada. Televisão não pega, esqueça isso. Sofá da sala só serve para sentar mesmo e ainda assim sem conforto. Me senti em um acampamento e no final é essa a sensação. Então se quer curtir praia e não se importa com conforto e limpeza, é uma ótima pedida. Se precisar de um mínimo desses outros dois requisitos, não terá. Atendimento padrão, as pessoas são educadas, mas não estão 100% disponíveis.
