Absolutamente fantástico! Irrepreensível a todos os níveis. Conforto da casa. Casas motivo bonitas e bem decoradas. Cama com colchão king size muitíssimo confortável. Limpeza e higienização da casa e espaços comuns impecáveis. Simpatia e cordialmente do staff. Um lugar remoto no coração da natureza onde se pode desfrutar de um retiro tranquilo em família.

A pleasant surprise in this wonderful hotel: the old building is beautiful and renovated with a/c in the rooms, modern bathrooms and everything you need. The swimming pool was a blessing considering the heat. Delicious breakfast buffet.
Internet in the common areas but not in the rooms. We didn't mind since we were there for the peace and quiet which this hotel is perfect for.

Wonderful hotel on the way to Compostela. We are an Australian couple & used to staying in 5+ Star hotels in Australia & Asia.
Our meal in the restaurant was disappointing. The chef needs advice on how to prepare simple things like Minestrone that was more like a mushroom consommé. The octopus was gritty as if it hadn’t been washed properly & the lamb rack was raw & needed more cooking. The creme brûlée was not as smooth as it should be & the egg wasn’t incorporated properly.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was perfect, from the comfort of the rooms to the breakfast. We took the option to have dinner at the venue. It was truly one of the highlights of our stay. Everything is bio and comes from their own land.
The peacefulness of the location just right at the river was another magical experience. Perfect to swim in the lake, paddle, or even for a boat ride.
Tomar or Coimbra is just 30 min drive and provides the option for a nice day trip.
