"Hotel Lapad is a charming hotel in a lovely location.. My room had a small balcony with a beautiful side view of the sea, which I really enjoyed. However, considering the price, I expected the room to be a little more comfortable and updated. My experience with the front desk staff was mixed. Although they were helpful at times, their manner occasionally felt a bit unwelcoming, and I sometimes hesitated to approach them with questions or requests\. A warmer and more hospitality-focused attitude would make the overall guest experience much more enjoyable. Beautiful pool but not enough chairs for the guests."

"Rooms were clean and spacious and we really enjoyed the pool area. Staff was welcoming and always helping when needed. The food at the restaurants of the hotel was very good and we ate there lunch and evening menu. Friendly staff and great facilities!"

"We had such an amazing time! The front desk staff welcomed us late at night and helped us get everything to our rooms. We were greeted pleasantly at our morning breakfast. The coffee was delicious. We enjoyed the spa and got relaxing massages. The coastal location was fantastic as we were able to sit by the pool and dip into the ocean right from the pool area as well as order drinks lounging under the umbrella. The hotel was conveniently located close to the bus stop (very short 3 min walk) that took us to old town Dubrovnik. Our beds were comfy and our views from our rooms were amazing!! I would highly recommend!!"
