The Space
You’ll stay in an old farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, renovated with every modern comfort while remaining true to the original design.

The bedroom is accessed through a private veranda overlooking the Peloritani Mountains—perfect for reading, relaxing, or dining outdoors.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, mosquito screens, a fan, and everything you need for a practical and comfortable stay. The entire property is supplied with drinking water from a natural spring.

4G LTE Wi-Fi is available, and there’s a quiet area that’s also suitable for working.

Outside, you can pick vegetables and fruit from the orchard and cook them on the barbecue, with tables, chairs, a swing, a gazebo, and lounge chairs to enjoy lunch or dinner in the shade or under the stars.

The garden is shared with family members who take care of the plants, and you’ll also meet our cats and small dogs—they’re friendly and used to having guests around.

The house is located over 300 m above sea level, nestled among hills and streams, with a cool climate even in summer, and just 7 km from the Tyrrhenian coast.

You’ll need a car to reach us, but you’ll have a reserved parking spot on the property, with a private gate and electric charging available.
